It was a perfect place to stay while visiting Hermann. It's far enough out to have peace & quite but just a short drive into town. The apartment had everything we needed. The hosts were great!

Great little spot for an overnight. This is one of multiple buildings on their property and has one bedroom a bathroom a living room/dining room and kitchen. It had everything we needed for an overnight including a pack and play and coffee provided. It’s about 15 minutes from where the wedding we attended in hermann was.

When the loudest noise is the ticking of the kitchen clock you KNOW you have found “that” place for some peace, quiet and time to think.Having hunkered down here for a week or so it was fantastic to be able to enjoy the simplicity of the space. It’s VERY well sorted out, clean, tidy, perfectly equipped and close enough to things (nearest shop 4-5 miles, nearest restaurant 5-7 miles) BUT still far enough out to have space, peace, and see the stars at night. Oh, and it’s a stones throw (literally) from the Katy trail…Loved the place!

This is a great little apartment! It was very clean and well maintained. Since there was plenty of parking, Jill let us park our vehicle there before check-in and we took advantage of the Hermann shuttle.We would definitely stay here again!

Home was very clean & secluded. Very quiet & peaceful. I was not prepared for the low countertops, however. Some of the snacks also appeared to be quite dated. Overall, a good experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! We stayed there with my mom, who uses a walker. It was very accessible for her, and the owner was so kind to bring us a shower seat for the beautiful walk in shower. The apartment was impeccably clean, had everything we needed, and checkout was super easy. The surrounding countryside was picturesque and so quiet! I wish we could have used the fire pit, but we were busy both nights. We were attending a family wedding in Hermann, so the location was perfect.

We were pleased to find such a nice country place to stay for our nephew’s wedding in Hermann. We would stay there again without hesitation. Jill was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

The White Wolf Inn is a family project. The House was built in 1970, and the Apartment was added about 20 years ago. When Mom moved to a care facility, we decided to renovate the house and share it with others. We had no idea it would be so well received. Family members continue to do the cleaning, scheduling, yard work, and all of the upkeep. We hope all of our guests can feel the love!

This property has been in the family for four generations. You'll probably see cows in the field, an occasional tractor drive by, or someone working in the garden. Two of the boys still raise cattle on the farm and live nearby.
We love living here, because Hermann is just a quick trip and has lots to offer residents and visitors. The Katy Trail if less than a mile away, and the Shrine of Our Lady of Sorrows is up the road and is a must see for visitors to the area. If you are a hiker, Grand Bluffs is just a few miles away.
So, get up early, grab a cup of coffee, and enjoy our country life. Then hop in the car and go explore the area! We think you'll love your visit!
