This is a lovely unit. Furnishings are very good. It is fine with no air conditioning with opening windows. Appreciate all the beach items available for use. The patio is private and beautiful views of mountains and glimpse of ocean. Proximity to the pool is great. Parking is ample. Communication/help from the rental agency was great.

Perfect Stay

The property was exactly as described. Very clean, well stocked and a perfect location, as I prefer the north side of the island. Not having AC was not an issue as there are fans in each room. Loved the morning visits of birds and chickens, and the view was beautiful. Check in was a breeze, I had no contact with the owners as there was no need. Would absolutely stay again.

Nice and well managed condo

The unit is well managed and located close to the parking and the pool. The management is very helpful and willing to assist as needed. We were out for day trips for most of the time, but we still got some use of the pool and near by walks. Good location and good value if you want to stay in Princeville.

Everything was great.except sofa set in living room which was bit dated. The apt is good for 4 people.

Great stay!

Condo was as pictured if not better. Great location to the pool and a closet full of beach and pool toys. Two nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. Responsive with some minor issues. Would come back again!

My family and I had an amazing experience! The views were incredible and the nature filled surroundings was extra special. Our two girls who are animal lovers especially loved their daily interactions with the Nene geese and the chickens. We also loved the location and the proximity to the resort amenities, including the parking, pool and Turtle Cove. It was a wonderful vacation and we can’t wait to return, again.

Property was pleasant. Spacious comfortable bed in master bedroom. Great value for what we got. Kitchen could use a few more staple items but overall a wonderful experience. Would recommend to family and friends and would be happy to return.

A calm and cozy home away from home

The apartment is beautiful with a very nice and well stoked kitchen. We enjoyed the silence and the garden, there were only a few other guests. The beds had the perfect mattresses. Mostly we did sit on the lanai and often had a visit from two Nene, how lovely. Thank you!

Nicely detailed.

It was a nice kitchen, clean and well stocked. It had beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and boogie board. It made it all the more fun in Kauai.

Clean quiet comfortable just the way we like it

Great communication with owners and directions and check in. The unit is super clean, kitchen well stocked kitchen and nice view. Pool and Hot tub just steps away. We couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Nice place, nice location!

This property was great! It was really nice that the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. We also really liked that there was two full bathrooms since our party consisted of two couples. The pool and hot tub were very clean and appear to be well maintained. The property as a whole was very pretty, well maintained landscape, well maintained buildings, etc. We hesitated a little about the lack of air conditioning, but the property was equipped with some fans and each room had a ceiling fan and it ended up being a non-issue...at least for the month of October, when we went. The Princeville area is also probably the nicest place on the island to stay.

Super clean and beautiful

The condo was in a great location and the grounds are well kept. The pool area and hot tub is great. The condo itself was wonderful and incredibly clean. It is probably the cleanest condo I have stayed in and this was my 4th trip to Kauai. The upgrades done are very nice and the decor is incredibly stylish. The kitchen has new appliances and again, very clean! We had just the right amount of space for a 4 person family. I would highly reccomend this to anyone whom is wishing to stay in Princeville.

Wonderful condo.

View was great. Spacious clean condo. We had Nenes, Brazilian cardinals, 2 different types of doves, minas, egrets and chickens right on our patio with albatross in the distance. We also spotted anoles, toads, meadowlarks, and bright green crickets within the complex. We met several people who owned a unit in the complex who lived on the south side of the island. If the locals vacation there, it must be good! Plenty of towels. Top quality beach chairs. Close to multiple great beaches and activities. We'll definitely be back.
