Emmalani Court is a small tranquil Princeville condos complex adjacent to the Makai golf course, offering scenic ocean and golf course views, large air-conditioned units, and convenient access to the many beaches and attractions that north shore Kauai has to offer. The complex includes a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and gas barbecue grills. Hideaways Pizza Pub is a short walk away. Hideaways Beach is also in easy walking distance, it takes about 10 minutes - just go next door and take the paved path on the Pali Ke Kua grounds, it takes you to a lovely secluded little beach! You can also go the other direction just past Puu Poa where there's a dirt path, steep, but a good spot if you want to paddle out to surf.

This 2br/2ba condo is very generously sized at 1456sf. Oversize picture windows grace two walls in the living room, one side offering verdant golf course views out onto the 8th hole of the Makai course, the other opening onto a shaded lanai that's perfect for enjoying a relaxing al fresco breakfast or evening glass of wine. There's an air-conditioning unit to keep you cool and comfortable when you're relaxing at home. Sports fans will enjoy the 50-inch flat screen TV with a premium cable package that will keep you entertained if you end up spending a rainy day at home. The dining table seats six, and the recently updated kitchen provides everything you'll need for preparing simple meals at home. Don't feel like cooking? No problem. You can take a short stroll to the Pali Ke Kua complex next door and dine at the Hideaways Pizza Pub or enjoy a cold beer at the bar.

The master bedroom is the perfect couple's retreat, with king bed, sliding glass doors opening onto another private lanai, its own flat screen television with over 300 cable channels, and an en suite bathroom that includes a jetted tub. Additional amenities include high-speed internet, premium 300-channel cable television, a set of golf clubs, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a cooler.

Although this home has internet, the speed and reliability cannot be guaranteed due to the remote location and the service being provided by a third-party.

Fall 2025 and Winter 2026 will be re-roofing. We have not yet been given any dates when Building 4 will be re-roofed.
