Quiet time is 10pm to 9am. Pets are not allowed per HOA rules. Service dogs are not allowed to be left attended in the condo at any time.
Lost parking pass or lost keys will result in a $ 50 fee for each. $1000 cleaning fee for violating our no pet policy and no smoking policy.
Exceeding max guests of 6 and parties will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund. Excess mess or damage will incur additional fees.

What an oasis on the North Shore. This well appointed, quiet, peaceful, and well stocked unit was more than we could ask for. The AC was ice cold, and the beach a beautiful 5-10 minute walk. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen combined with Costco saved us a lot of cash. The host was second to none and this was out favorite stay on the island. We were only 15 minutes from Waimea, 10 minutes from Teds bakery, and a short walk to the beach front restaurant, which was not that expensive. I would stay here again without hesitation. They have thought of everything here!

Great location

Easy check in. Great location. Easy walk to Turtle Bay and beaches. My kids enjoyed the loft. We used the wagon to take the beach chairs and boogie boards to the beaches. Everything was clean. We would definitely come back.

Paradise Found

The property was as advertised and the communication with the owner was fantastic. The property was very well updated and had all the amenities to enjoy your vacation. It is a very convenient location on the North Shore. We would happily stay there again in the future.

Perfect home for North Shore Adventures

Walking distance to trails and beaches

Spectacular location and amenities galore! I love the proximity to wonderful trails and beaches. Lovely flora and fauna along the trails. I like that the host is meticulous about shoes and cleanliness, felt like home to me.

Home away from home

This place was fabulous! Everything we needed from beach items, kitchen items and bathroom supplies. It was clean, decorated adorable and Farrah was an absolute delight and always available.

North shore was where to be! The resort was handy to have nearby but easy to move away from when needed. Ted’s bakery, Keana farms zipline, shark cove and turtle bay snorkelling were highlights for us!

Family vacation and birthday celebration

The location on the north shore was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for anything else in the condo, it had everything you’d need. The beds were comfy, beach toys, boogie boards, towels and chairs. I’d stay here again for sure! Great place!

All the comforts of home

We really appreciated Farrah and Jay's communication prior to our stay. We could tell they cared about us enjoying our time as much as possible. They offered advice about surfing locations and other local activities. The property had all of the needed toiletries, kitchen supplies etc. We enjoyed the nearby tennis/pickleball courts and walking trails.

Great Place to Rest!

Great Location! Nice and clean!

This was a fantastic place to stay! Perfect location with access to Turtle Bay Beaches just a short walk away. Farrah was a fantastic host and always available for any questions and advice. The home was immaculate and very clean. The amenities included pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, and golf available at a discount.

Great place to stay for a quiet and relaxing vacay

This place was exactly as pictured and described. It’s decorated really cute, well cared for and very clean. I mean VERY clean. They are excellent hosts and everything in the house is organized and easy to find. Our family of 5 stayed very comfortably here. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place in this area.

Great place

Owner was very communicative with everything. Places to eat, shop etc. Place was clean and had snorkle gear, boogie boards and sand toys. It was nice to have a free parking space. Great water pressure in the shower. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Washer and dryer available. We enjoyed the location and stay. I highly recommend this condo.

Stellar stay on the North Shore!

Our family was attending a wedding on the North Shore, 10 minutes from the property so the location was ideal. The condo and grounds are well maintained, easy parking with restaurants and beaches within walking distance. The owners provided everything you could need for a day at the beach, including a wagon to tote them in. The kitchen was fully stocked with every pot, pan or gadget you might need. The Welcome Binder was very useful and detailed. We felt very cared for.

Turtle Bay Condo

Our rental experience in this condo was excellent. All details were accurate and well described in the listing. The condo was SPOTLESS, amenities were perfect--especially the beach chairs and beach towels--and the condo community was quiet and relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed taking advantage of the restaurant at Turtle Bay golf club and the beach bars at Turtle Bay resort. I would recommend this condo to anyone--the listing provides all the information you need.

We have been coming to the North Shore since we were children. My husband is a former professional surfer and my children are just beginning to love the sport. We've always wanted to own a piece of "paradise" and eventually retire in Hawaii. We looked at many properties over the last 7 years before deciding to purchase our condo. We chose our condo for its proximity to the beach, family friendly layout and its chic, yet comfortable decor. We hope you enjoy our "Home away from Home" as much as we do!
