Welcome to Your Maui Retreat: Paki Maui 424 is the perfect place for you and your family to call home during your Maui vacation! This beautifully designed 2-bedroom and 2-bath condo sleeps up to 7 people, making it perfect for big families. It features breathtaking ocean views from your living room and master bedroom. Enjoy your morning coffee out on one of your two private lanais, enjoy the beautiful blue ocean views while you plan your adventure for the day!
Managed by Maui Paradise Properties, a locally owned and operated, fully licensed real estate brokerage specializing in vacation rentals.

Complimentary Activities, Every Day of Your Stay

Every reservation with Maui Paradise Properties includes one free ticket per activity, each day to some of our favorite Maui experiences—plus unbeatable savings on other local favorites! This exclusive benefit is offered in partnership with Xplorie, giving you an easy way to add adventure, relaxation, and local flavor to your stay. Complimentary activities may include: Whale Watch (seasonal), Sunset Dinner or Snorkel Sail, Farm Tours, cultural activities and more!

Limit one free ticket per activity per day, per reservation. Additional tickets available for purchase. Activities offered may vary by home or condo. Activity offer available for stays up to 35 nights.

Notice: Solar panel removal and upgrade work is expected to take place around September 14, 2026, through approximately October 2, 2026, weather permitting. Crews will be working on the roofs of all three buildings, with temporary parking adjustments expected during crane operations.

Paki Maui is a beautiful oceanfront resort with tropical grounds, outdoor pool, jet spa, and barbecue grills. Perfect for visitors who want a centrally located home without the crowds or the cost of commercial resorts. Located in Honokowai at the north end of Kaanapali and situated away from the crowded, high-rise, and expensive resorts, yet very close to the famous beaches such as Kaanapali Beach, Napili Bay, Kapalua Bay, and Honolua Bay.

Absolutely loved our stay at Paki Maui! From the beautiful views on the lanai to seeing sea turtles from our room. Everything was very clean. The man in the shop/ check in offfice was very friendly and helpful! I would 10/10 recommend staying here again. Alot of great shops and restraunts literally across the street, also plenty of surf shops to rent snorkeling gear from and take back to the condo and snorkel in the backyard. With having papi ohanas a block away from our condo with the best cinnamon rolls! And an ABC store with breakfast made right in front of you and with great souvenirs definitely made our stay enjoyable!

Great stay

The condo was lovely with beautiful views of the ocean. There were plenty amenities provided including towels, beach chairs and cooler. We loved the central location and the clean unit. All in all a wonderful stay !

Great stay April 2024

This place was well maintained and very clean. The property was in a great location. We could walk to many things and very short distance to black rock beach. It was the perfect location and size for four adults.

If you want a quiet getaway, Paki Maui condo is excellent. There is no AC, which I thought would be an issue, but we were on the move most days and the morning/evening breezes from the open doors were part of the experience. The balcony views won't disappoint. Other guests commented that they could watch whales from the balcony and that snorkeling was best right from this area. You can see the small pool and the cute grassy loungers right by the ocean from our balcony.The rooms were open and spacious, and I loved having an in-room washer and dryer. There was a bag of decorative pillows that smelled strange, but it was addressed. Other than that, it was very clean and a great price. The room here is quiet and secluded, but it's next to many dining and shopping options.

What an amazing week!

Waking up to the sounds of the ocean and looking out at the sunrise every morning was amazing. Beautiful condo had everything we needed for our vacation. Great park and beach just around the corner as well as a coffee shop and several places to eat within walking distance. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Best sleep with sounds of the ocean

The complex and area had that neighborhood feel to it. We stayed for a month and each day it felt like we were returning to home rather than an impersonal hotel room.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Maui. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The location was fantastic—close to several beautiful beaches and within walking or short driving distance to grocery stores, a bakery, and great coffee shops.The property itself was very clean and well maintained, with a lovely ocean view. The pool, grill, and outdoor sitting area were a great bonus and really added to our experience. Overall, this was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to others visiting Maui.

Awesome place to say!

We loved our view, having our own bedroom/bathrooms, and it was a really quiet part of the island! Having our own washer/dryer was a game-changer too. We had an amazing time!!

Beautiful view and great location

We had a great time! The place was clean, and there was so much to do nearby. Snorkeling, beaches, shops, coffee, it was fabulous. The unit smelled like fish when we got there and there were some tiny bugs in the kitchen from time to time.

Stay at Maui

The condo was delightful, and well stocked with amenities for the trip. There is a beautiful few of the ocean from the balconies. We had a small ant problem in the kitchen, but maintenance was responsive to help us with the issue. A nice place to stay.

Pool and outdoor furniture outdated and dirty. Condo not updated with amenities that were useful. Beach chairs provided were all broken in some way. Bedding was clean and comfortable

A Dream

This was my second time staying at Paki Maui and it is heaven on earth. It was very clean, much larger than expected, and nice and cool with plenty of fans.

This property is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect! The check in & check out process was smooth and no issues. The only thing that would greatly improve this property would be A/C. After being outside & at the ocean most of the day you definitely want to go back to a place that’s cool & it is not at all cool even with fans. So keep that in mind!
