Fantastic family getaway

We all agree that this was the best house we have rented in the 7 years we’ve been coming to the area. The property is beautiful and very welcoming. We all loved how the house was decorated inside and out. There was plenty of room for the kids to build their forts and the adults to relax. Thank you for the coffee

Annual family trip

Spacious with plenty of privacy and porches for 6 adults and 2 young children. Great location and access to beach and swimming pools in quiet charming neighborhood.

Great 30a Stay

We enjoyed our stay SO much!! Close walk to the pools and beach. We enjoyed riding bikes that weee provided in the area. This house is decorated so nicely, and felt like we were at right at home (homey feel to it) the whole week. We’d rent again next time we are in the area.

Wonderful Home

Out of Bounds is in great proximity to the beach and the pool! Loved how big the home was with so much outside seating. Went for spring break with 6 kids (ages 14-18, boys & girls) and they loved the location and that they were able to bike to the square, Big Chill, and restaurants/ice cream. Will definitely be back! The only recommendation is that there be a griddle for breakfast!:)

We liked it so much, we’re staying again in October. The house is gorgeous. Literally walked around getting ideas. The location is perfect. TV area upstairs, ideal for teens, young kids. Downstairs space for adults. Two master bedrooms. Y’all. Stay here!

We loved the location, pool access, large bedrooms for our multi-generational trip. We were close to Eastern Lake for paddling, the ocean for swimming and sunning, and to 30A for restaurants and bike riding. It is a little bit of a quiet area, which was a nice change from our previous rental closer to Seaside. The house had everything we needed and we would definitely rent again!

We would def stay again... the only things I would mention are that the master bed could be improved. It has a huge mattress topper on it and while soft, it’s very soft!It needs a good new mattress on it. The other thing is that none of the outlets in the master or the full bedroom upstairs worked. Neither of these things were deal breakers for us but if I were the owner I’d want to know. We loved the street, biking to shops and restaurants and the walk to the beach was about 5 minutes. We really enjoyed the screened in porch on rainy afternoons.

From the spacious kitchen and living area to the large, well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, everything was so comfortable. The were plenty of towels, comfy beds, and lots of space to play games at night, or enjoy a family dinner. The walk to the beach and pool was great, and we loved the peace and quiet of N. Ryan Street for early morning coffee on the porch while the grand kids played. We can't wait to come back to this beautiful home!

Awesome Out of Bounds!

This house has it all!! Beautifully decorated! Amazing location! 3 min walk to beach, 2 swimming pools and tons of restaurant options nearby. Very clean! Comfy beds and plenty of towels, pillows etc. The kitchen is appointed with everything a gourmet cook would want! The screened-in porch is a great place to enjoy coffee and/ or cocktails. There is more than enough room for 1 or 2 families to share this house. The only downfall is we should have rented it longer than 1 week. We will be back!!

Reviewer Comments: Enjoy a quick stroll from the beach down a darling tree-lined quiet street of Summer’s Edge to this well furnished and decorated home full of beach themed decor. With two living spaces, and three patios, there’s plenty of room for a large family to spread out while recharging. Our small family of 4 loved our movie nights downstairs after our beach days. We especially enjoyed the short walking & biking distance to nice restaurants & shopping across 30A. Thank you for this opportunity to build precious family memories!
