Upon arrival, we had issues locating/trying to open garage. Once the key was located, it was inoperable & had no batteries. It was a couple hours before we gained access; trying to unlock garage using pin pad & finding the opener-to locating batteries. Shower curtains were dirty, had brown rust or mold all over. Cabinets need cleaning. There were pots/pans on the counter tops (one pot which had some brown dirt or rust all in it)We all, including our 2 small infants, have bug bites from our arms to legs. I’m not sure if it’s the beds, or some other place in the home but I’ve never experienced this at a rental. It was also advertised as having a grill in photos & listing; when I contacted the property manager I was told there is no grill. This was extremely unfortunate as we prepared to cook food & already bought, on the grill we thought was there. This response was also not received until 16 hours later. When we first booked the home, there were photos of a hot tub, when we arrived, it was only accessible for the other side of the rental unit. The home wasn’t red, which caused a little confusion trying to locate it; I think upgrades may have been made to the outside. Unitcould use a deep cleaning, especially since they charge over $200 for cleaning & renters have to fully clean the home, put linens in rooms, and throw all garbage. We also can’t wear shoes inside, carpets were dirty & our feet were brown from walking around house.
