The house was clean and spacious and had just about everything 8 people needed for a nice mini vacation. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for clam digging, but we found enough other things to do. It was our 2nd time staying at this house and we will most likely stay here again in the future. The host was easy to communicate with, the parking was adequate. The kitchen is so roomy.

This house was absolutely perfect for a family of 9! Walking distance to the ocean! The kitchen is perfect for the entire family to be in while cooking. Open floor plan allows for a great family time. WiFi worked well. Good parking. Clean and easy to maintain.

Great Getaway

Property was very clean and spacious and within walking distance to the beach. We picked a good week to visit the coast as there was a Scandanavian Festival in Astoria and a Sand Castle Building Competition in Canon Beach. Unfortunately we missed the sand castle building due to tons and tons of rain all day, but still the option was there.

Seaside weekend

Huge space with lots of beds, good layout. Comfortable and clean. Very quiet neighborhood Can walk right out to the beach within minutes and get into Seaside main area in a few minutes drive. Was easy to go see the sights or grab a meal out, everything within easy reach. We had a great time, Would rent here again.

A little bit of everything

Great comfy house with room to spare. Excellent layout for cooking, entertaining, and family dinners. House is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just steps away from the dunes and just far enough away from the bustle and nightlife of downtown Seaside. We enjoyed daily walks to our favorite gelato and coffee shops while also enjoying the best of the beach!

Totally comfortable and cozy!

This house is awesome! It felt very cozy and comfortable. The living room/dining/kitchen is all open and there’s a lot of seating. Carpet was great, place felt clean. All rooms were great sizes, all clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities. Stayed here for a basketball tournament and would 100% book here again. Loved it! Best rental we have stayed at in a long time! Owner was very nice and responsive. 10/10!

Big, bright, and calm

We loved our stay here. It was clean and plenty of space for our multigeneral group. Easy walk to the beach for kids, grandma, and old dog. Would definately book again.

Always Great

This is the third time we've stayed at this house, and it's our favorite spot on the Oregon Coast.The house is clean, comfortable, and has a great view. It's just a few minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of our cooking needs.The house could accommodate a lot more people, but it feels just right for the three of us. We only used the upstairs. This house will always be our first choice when traveling to Seaside/Cannon Beach.

3rd time here

We again had a wonderful stay at this house. We celebrated Christmas a week late, and they were kind enough to have the Christmas tree as well as other decorations still up...plus we were greeted with yummy taffy and chocolates. We love this home!

Spacious Home Close to Beach

This was a great place to stay for our family of eight. Plenty of nicely decorated space, a spacious and well appointed kitchen, a short walk to the beach, and close to many restaurants. It was very clean and fresh smelling. Communication was great with our host, Lisa. She was willing to work with us when a last minute issue came up with our pet. We went clam digging on the beach by the house and got our limit in no time. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Well-appointed property

We loved our stay here. My daughter and her husband have an infant and were thrilled to have all of the baby items available - high chair, crib, stroller, and a baby gate. Since we cooked our meals, we were very happy with a kitchen well stocked. Our family loves Seaside and the house was in a perfect location. We walked the promenade to downtown, walked quickly to the beach, and were only a few blocks from stores. Highly recommend!

Quiet get away

Check in/out process was quick and easy with just using a door code, they even let us check in a little early. House is huge with plenty of space for everyone, and has everyting you could need (minus bbq tools). It a little bit of a walk to town but easily do-able. We would love to stay here again!

My family and I had an amazing time at the pelican beach house. Everyone enjoyed the stay! The home was very comfortable and close to lots of things to do! Great for family stay

Our families had a great stay at the Pelican House! There was enough room for 2 families to relax between beach excursions. We loved the boogie board, chairs, wagon, and sand toys. We brought our own beach towels which was good since we needed more than we found. We found most of what we needed for cooking and serving large family meals and enjoyed the large table with enough room for the 9 of us. We would come stay again.
