Family Gathering

Great! We had three bedrooms up and two bedrooms down. Plenty of gathering spaces; living room and dining room up and a family room and beverage station down. Kitchen met all our needs! Chairs in the back yard or on the deck were inviting and relaxing. Enjoyed wandering through the large back and enjoying the nature trail. Convenient to many locations in and around Denver. Everything was clean and comfortable ~ thank you.

Nice quiet house in the suburbs

This is a nice large modern house in some quiet suburbs. My two issues/niggles were: a) It is actually a 6 bedroom house with the 6th bedroom being permanently locked, which is where the owner lives. Therefore, you do not have the whole site to yourself, which impacts privacy, in my opinion. After the check-in process we saw the owner a further two times as they went about their business, which was not what I expected. b) The 5 bedrooms each have a double bed, however, there are only 7 chairs at the dining table (for the up to 10 guests). During our stay there were 7 of us and there was barely enough crockery for everyone. There would not have been enough had there been a full complement of 10. Other than these 2 points, it was exactly as we expected it and as advertised in the photos. During our stay there were landscaping works taking place in the front garden/drive area which reduced parking, however, there were still enough spaces for our vehicles and the work as quiet.

Great quiet location, nice place

About 20 minutes from downtown, huge backyard where you don't really have to worry about disturbing the neighbors, chill deck and a fire pit. John and Nancy were very communicative during our trip, and made sure we had access to whatever we needed while we were there. We didn't have a car, so we Uber/Lyft everywhere while we were there, which can get costly so make sure you plan for that. Plenty of options on doordash for food delivery. House is well kept, and the owners are very nice. Steam shower is a nice touch, and the digital locks are very convenient. Thanks again, John and Nancy!
