Cigarette smoking is absolutely prohibited on this property - that means NO SMOKING INSIDE or OUTSIDE!! Your reservation will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Close to Mile High Stadium, Denver Convention Center, Sloans Lake, and Highland Square. Built in 2016, 4-level, 5 bed, 4.5 bath duplex, 3,500 sq ft, a beautiful open floor plan, and 12 ft accordian doors in the great room opens up to a private courtyard. The primary and loft bedrooms both have private decks w/ city skyline views. The roof top has a living room w/ a wet bar and a west-facing deck with mountain views. The basement is complete with a theater room, bar, kitchenette, & gym.

Local law in Denver prohibits short-term renting (VRBO) a residence other than a hosts' primary residence. In other words... this is my home. I live here when you're not renting.

Guys Trip - “March Madness”

We stayed three nights to attend basketball games at Ball Arena and a basketball watch party in downtown. With 5 bedrooms the house was great, the basement is like a separate apartment. Valerie is a fantastic host, would stay again. And for the kid in you it’s an Easy trip via scooter downtown.

Conference Stay

This property was ideal as it offered each adult their own bedroom and bath. It was only a short distance to the Conference Center as well as other amenities and the property is exactly as featured in the pictures. Very nice and comfortable.

Excellent Denver Stay!

My friends and I really enjoyed Val’s place. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our group of 10. Excellent location, close to downtown. All the amenities we needed. Street parking was easy to find. Would absolutely stay here again for group trips to Denver; highly recommend!

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood! Host was fantastic and accommodating. It was even a nice surprise to met her on our departure. 8 family members stayed comfortably and especially enjoyed the outdoor space on a beautifully, warm October day. We walked to local restaurants and the stadium. I don't have a single complaint or suggestion!

Graduation celebration

Our stay this past weekend everything we hoped it would be. The house was perfect for our family gathering. The location was great, a few miles from downtown. Terrific House

Beautiful home! The neighborhood is quiet but still an easy walk to nearby bars, restaurants, parks, etc. The home owner was extremely responsive and friendly. Overall, would highly recommend!

Great for a big group getaway

The property was clean and spacious for a large group of friends to enjoy during a long weekend. The house is central with access to great spots in the city both within walking and quick driving distance. We enjoyed the outdoor space and common areas in the house and communication with the host was seamless.

Great place to stay

This house is incredible, very clean, very quiet and comfortable. Since there’s five rooms, and could attend a large number of attendees, it would be great to add additional seating in the living room. But other than that I have nothing to say, just great.

Easy and comfortable

Guys trip to Denver

We had 7 guys from across the country meet in Denver for a guys trip. The house worked well for us. The house was very clean and in a good location as we went downtown a couple of nights and hung out around Sloan Lake the other night. There are 4 different levels on the property so not a ton of space for a group of our size to hang out together but it is hard to find a 5+ bedroom home in that location with a more open floor plan. The property came with lots of rules, but for the most part they were common sense (I guess not for everyone or the rules wouldn’t be there) and not hard to follow. There was great fitness equipment for people who enjoy working out. I would rent this property again.

Small Bachelorette Party

Our group got together to celebrate joint bachelorette parties and had a wonderful time at this property. It is absolutely gorgeous, super cleanly and a quick Uber ride to downtown. It was a great trip made better by an awesome place to stay!

Mother Daughter weekend

We had a pleasant experience. The host uses this as her primary residence. She was helpful and available. There were plenty of comfortable bedrooms so everyone felt like they had an equally enjoyable space. It is a duplex, so must be mindful of noise levels at night. Overall we had a lovely experience and our teenage girls enjoyed their space in the basement.

Two negatives are the bedrooms had four to six week old dust on the dressers and nightstands and the property host does not allow Common Sense smoking outdoors.

Great house in a great location

We came to Denver as a group of 6 and this house was perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed everything the highlands has to offer and could take a quick Uber to downtown. The house was very clean and the owner was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I was fortunate to be able to find and buy the most beautiful home in the trendiest of Denver neighborhoods. I'm sorry I can't tell you all the fun and exciting things to do while you're in town because honestly, I spend most of my free time in the mountains.
