Riley is the best!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have always enjoyed our rental with Greta's Beach Rentals. Riley is the very best and goes out of his way to make your stay the best. My only complaint is other vacationers like to smoke weed and cigarettes on the outside balcony. I really dislike smelling both and it is against the rules for the building.

Love the location of Tropic Winds

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tropic Winds is in the west end which is quiet but close enough to everything. Nice indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, several grills, assigned parking space but the deck is tight so the smaller the vehicle, the easier to get in and out of the deck. Condo was adequately furnished (some items in the kitchen were barely adequate for 2 - 4 teaspoons, 5 mugs with 1 chipped), how important that is depends on the guests. Deck is open to the beach plus the end. Impressive views but stiff wind and fair amount of street noise. The condition of the building was fine - elevator renovation project while we were there; the condition of the unit not quite so good. Missing light bulb, broken lamp, broken cabinet door in one bathroom, paper towels on the floor in a couple of rooms - expected a bit better. Greta’s staff was super great to work with start to finish.

Paradise Personified

I was determined to convince my husband to become a beach appreciator ! I saw the pics of the balcony online and that was the major selling point! It did not disappoint. It had comfortable furniture and was very wide. Several books and cups of coffee were enjoyed there. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable and to enjoy the week. It is located very close to grocery stores and restaurants. The unit was clean and very comfortable for us. The elevators worked great with luggage carts located on several floors. Thank you!

It took me a little time to get used to tv streaming but Riley helped me out and it was great. Riley was helpful in any way we needed him. He is very professional but most of all he is simply a nice guy willing to help in any way. This is the place to stay. Greta’s Beach Rentals makes everything so easy and there are no surprises. I’ll never call anyone else!!!!!

The one drawback was that one of the bedspreads was dirty (food or something stuck to it) so we had to wash it which was no big deal. Unit comes with two beach chairs which is a hassle when you have 4 people.

Important to remember that this is a VRBO so it has limited or no items such as bar soap, toilet paper, dishwasher pods. A grocery store is just down the street .

Unit 1901 never disappoints. It’s clean, up to date, and the patio can’t be beat. I have no complaints about this unit. The pool was out of service all week and we were was told it’s been that way for about 10 days.

The location is for the more mature crowd. The corner location allowed a larger balcony with excellent views of the beach. The rental management is on the property and a text message from any needs. I will rent this same unit again next year.
