Single Storey Villa⭐️⭐️⭐️ La Flotte - Heated Pool till november- Calm - 7 Pers.

🏡 Just a few minutes' walk from the Arnérault beach, our single-storey house has a surface area of 125 m2 on a 650 m2 property. It comprises:
- a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room,
- a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed
- a bedroom with bunk beds (1 bed 90cm and 1 bed 140cm)
- a bathroom and separate toilet.
- an independent bedroom with a 160cm bed, private shower, washbasin and toilet

🧺 Laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment.

👶 On request, we can provide a cot, bathtub, booster chair and deckchair for babies aged 6 months to 3 years.

🤵 A team on-site will welcome you and provide you with all the information you need to settle in as soon as you arrive.

🛌 Bed linen and towels are available as an additional charge, to be specified with our butler before your arrival.

🏊‍♀️ The south-facing swimming pool is 9 m x 4.5 m (excluding access stairs). It is salt-treated, heated from April to early November and secured by a roller shutter. A safety gate and a barrier make access impossible for small children.

🌴 You'll enjoy our walled, wooded garden under the awning, facing the pool in the warmer hours, and prolonging your evenings with its LED lighting. You'll also have access to a barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs to enjoy the calm of the garden.

📶 Fiber-optic internet connection.

🏓 For your entertainment, table tennis, books and board games are available.

🚗 You can park a vehicle inside the property, sheltered by an awning.

😺 We accept pets.

🏖️ Our property is close to the Arnérault beach, shops and the village center, with its medieval market open every day during the high season.

Paradise Island

Ile de Ré is an amazing place for holidays if you need sun, calm, tranquiliy, nice market place, sea food and cycling by the sea. Beaches all around the island also. The house was perfect and I've enjoyed the pool every day.

A beautiful house in a wonderful location, communication was great from start to finish. This was our first visit to the Island & wow it really is a very special place. we’ll hopefully be back very soon.

Ile de re stay

Location was excellent and facilities very good. Communication was easy, both with the owner and the property manager. Ile de re is wonderful. So very good overall. One small suggestion: the English summary of facilities states "linen provided" and "towels available". Yet is is clear from the French summary that clients either needed to bring these or pay a charge. It would be helpful if this was made clearer on the website. But overall we had a very good stay; thank you.

Maison bien entretenue, très propre, situé à 1km du port de la flotte, 600 m d un intermarché, jolie petite piscine chauffée en avril, transat ultra leger, table de jardin, la maison possède 4 chambres, première chambre lit superposés, seconde chambre lit double (une salle d' eau les desserts) la troisième chambre lit double est dans la maison mais l'acces se fait par le jardin (salle de douche incluse) , la quatrième chambre est indépendante de la maison, sous forme de petit studio sans cuisine mais avec salle de douche, à côté de la piscine, propriétaire très réactive et conciergerie très sympa,

Maison tout confort, bien pensée. On se sent accueillit avec toutes ces explications, la brochure récapitulative… Des détails qui ont de l’importance pour nous, le débit d’eau, la douche extra… les limiteurs d’ouverture aux fenêtres, le matelas de qualité. Parfait pour un séjour en famille

La maison est confortable et très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien on se sent comme chez soi. Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine en famille, le lieu est calme et reposant. La piscine est suffisamment grande et l'ensemble des extérieurs sont très beaux et très bien entretenus. L'emplacement à La Flotte est parfait à 5 minutes en vélo 15 minutes à pied du port et de la plage. Bref sans aucun doute si nous retournons sur l'île de Ré nous espérons pouvoir relouer cette magnifique maison. Merci pour tout.

A beautiful, tranquil place.

This is our second stay at this beautiful property and we would not hesitate to recommend. The garden is completely private which we love and the lay out of the property works well for our grown up family, we particularly love the separate garden bedroom. The house is so very well equipped, a real home from home, you really could not wish for a better place to stay.

Has it all.

We spent 2 weeks as a family in this property. From booking through to checkout it was well done. Plenty of space, very well equipped and the garden is wonderful. My parents were with us too so the third bedroom with its own front door and bathroom worked very well. On the edge of the small village of la Flotte with a 10 min walk to the port. The supermarket was very close. Parking on site was great benefit as parking in La Flotte during the high season is a challenge. It is like a home from home. Nice quiet location with a very private garden to enjoy the pool and hot tub.

Notre semaine de vacances

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, la maison est vraiement très agréable, la piscine et le jacuzzi ont été appréciés de tous ! Idéalement située : à la fois dans un coin calme et relativement proche du port. La maison est très bien équipée, tout y est ! Barbecue et ustensiles, jeux pour la piscine, table de ping pong... Aménagement soigné et fait avec goût. Seul bémol sur le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de kit bébé. Nous gardons cette très bonne adresse en mémoire !

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison. Elle est très bien située, la flotte est un port très charmant avec une jolie plage que les amateurs de peche à pied apprécieront. La maison est impeccable, très propre, et bien équipée. La piscine est très très agréable ainsi que le spa. Nous avons été très bien accueilli à l’arrivée, et la communication avec nos hôtes très Efficace.

Île de Ré Majeur!

Tout au top, La maison est idéale et idéalement placée. Rien n'est très loin. De bons moments sur cette grande terrasse à l'ombre. La piscine au soleil toute la journée, La flotte pour flâner. Le suivi et l’accueil très agréable. Merci!
