Our family of 5 (me, wife and 3 boys ages 10,7,7) absolutely loved this place. Was extremely accurate to this listing but the location relative to the ocean and the view were better than I expected. We explored a lot of San Diego but couldn’t have asked for a better authentic beach vibe home base. Was the rustic yet accommodating setting I was hoping for and more. Hope to stay there again someday on another trip from the east coast. Thank you!

The property has a great location and tons of amenities for a comfortable stay - you only need to bring yourself, your clothes, and food and drink. Everything else you need for your stay is supplied amply.

Place was as advertised. Good communication from hosts on procedures. Right on the ocean. Slightly musty smell but to be expected as it’s right on the beach. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, right on the beach and nearby several shops and restaurants and Belmont Park. We loved the decor and it was very clean. The owners provide beach chairs and umbrellas. We loved every minute.

Perfect beach house for a family. I brought my 4 kids, ages 5-9. We were a few minutes' walk from everything. Easy walk to Starbucks each morning. My favorite part was sitting with the windows open, watching the waves at night.

Best Location Ever!

Amazing view and location. Was able to see every sunset! With a 6 year old it's really nice to be close to the beach and Bellmount park. Had everything we needed.

We had a fabulous time! This was an amazing location and our family (me, my husband and 3 children, 14, 18 & 19) had a great time. You could not ask for a better view and location. We would love to come back again!

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach

This unit is perfect for 6 to 7 people. Great living space and fully stocked kitchen. Really enjoyed cooking and spending time with my family while hearing the waves along the shore. Great location right by bike and walking path but far away from nosier section a few blocks down. I had a minor issue with the internet which the owner fixed immediately - very responsive. Totally recommend this place!

Fabulous location. Great view for sunset, and people watching. Well furnished, and comfortable.

Well equipped kitchen, and home. Ground level patio, nice. Beach chairs, and children's beach toys. Private balcony in rear with ample space. Linens and towels aplenty. One car garage was convenient. Easy walk to local attractions. Easy access, and drive, to San Diego's more famous attractions. Supermarket two miles north on Mission Blvd. Best recommendation we can give is that we would, and hopefully will, stay here in a future visit.
