hosts were awesome and responded within a hour to a small problem with the dishwaswer. The location, amenities, and layout is ideal. We hope to stay in the same unit next time we come to mission beach.

The house is beautiful - wonderful location and great light. Responsive hosts. But the house desperately needs new beds (all of them), appliances (dishwasher and dryer), and kitchen table. This is a nit, but there wasn’t a sponge at the kitchen sink to hand wash dishes (which we had to do because the dishwasher does not clean the dishes). There was a pretty big and loud party on Monday night in the unit below us that went on well past 1am. We almost called the police on them.

We all loved the location and volleyball courts. Everything was close by. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Beautiful views but some issues

This is a really beautiful place in a great area. Honestly I would have nothing bad to say except for the bed in the master was awful. It is sunken in on one side and obviously due to be replaced. Also the day we were leaving I noticed a ton of maggots on the stairs and around the exterior door next to them. The trash cans were in that area and hadn’t been emptied so it could have been from that. For the money, I would choose to stay somewhere else next time.

Great views needs updating

The views of the rental are fantastic! The location is amazing! Things to do and with in walking distance our family would give 2 thumbs up. Areas around the rental need updating such as fixing the curtain in the primary bedroom. Fixing the shower faucet in the primary bathroom letting it hang by a visible screw is a bit scary. Using two shower curtains in the primary bath would lend for more privacy. Fresh paint throughout the rental and paint touch up’s where paint is chipping would help update areas. For the price I was definitely expecting something nicer.

Great View and Great Location

We are a family of 8 and fit comfortable. The views were amazing and played volleyball right out our door everyday. We walked and rode bikes to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park. Just don’t leave bikes locked outside over night. Ours were stolen. Otherwise great place to stay and felt safe!

Great Ocean Getaway

The property did NOT disappoint! You are just step from the sand and ocean. Volleyball courts that our family loved playing. Never left the property from the time we checked in on Friday and left on Monday. Highly recommend!

So nice; On the beach

Huge space with lots of open space and doors to enjoy the amazing beach air. Main bedroom bed is super low to the ground, so some folks might struggle with that. Also, be sure everyone is aware that one flight of stairs is required to get in to the property. There is lots of grip on the stairs, and a light, so it's navigable but yeah. Another access issue is that the nearest entrance to the beach from the property is about 100 feet south. Most folks can likely go the 2 foot tall wall, but some may not so a little longer walk will be needed. Also, that entrance doesn't have any handrails. Seriously, such a fun place. We were able to barely squeeze a crossover and a minivan in the parking but it worked out. The price is insane, and we found that we had to limit the trip to fewer days then desired because adding more days made the rate skyrocket.

We loved the sunset. The views were amazing. Great property. We got there earlier than check in and they let us check in without any issues or extra fees.

We stayed here during the kids spring break, amazing 2nd story condo with beach front access and views, very specious condo with a 180 degree view. Loved the house due to the beach access. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you

Spacious and well equipped beach house

Perfectly located on the sand and well furnished, a large beach house on second floor, offering great sunset views and privacy but requires stair climbing. Groceries and restaurants nearby, old town within ten minutes drive. Laundry ensuite. Well managed, with additional concierge services available for an extra charge.

Great View/Poor Quality

The sunset view and location are top notch! However, the maintenance of the property leaves much to be desired. The carpet is stained, side table was broken and fell on my daughter, curtain rods almost coming out of the walls, mattress that is sunken in the middle, curtains and window coverings that don’t fit the windows. For the price point of this place, these are things that should be maintained and upgraded.

South Mission house

This property was great! it has a carport for parking in which 2 vehicles can easily fit. (I have a large SUV and my parents have a small suv). They both fit. The kitchen had anything you'd need for cooking/baking while there. the floor plan is very open and there are lots of windows facing the ocean to enjoy the view and get great air flow throughoutout. There were plenty of linens, bedding, and fans in all the bedrooms/bathrooms. My only complaints are the bed in the master is really low and needs a new mattress and the shower knobs were hard to turn on/off. It was easy to book, easy to access and they were quick to respond if I had any questions. I would definitely rent this house again.
