At the same time, we understand how important it is for the beds, appliances, and furnishings to feel comfortable and reliable. Not sure why some of these items came across as unresolved during your stay, as the owner had just replaced the dryer recently, and maintenance has already fixed the dishwasher since your feedback. We’re also working with the owner to replace the mattresses and to bring in a new kitchen table. Your note about the missing sponge and the noise from the unit below is also appreciated, and we understand how disruptive that must have been. Thank you for taking the time to outline these details—they help us continue improving the experience for future guests. We look forward to hosting you again under smoother circumstances.
