Really nice two bedroom condo in a very attractive gated community. Clean and comfortable. Special attention has been paid to the decor which includes upgraded furniture and beds as well as wood floors. It’s quite beautiful. We loved our stay. The pool area and grounds are immaculate, the neighbors very friendly, and it’s quiet at night. We would definitely book it again.

Madeira Stay

Liked the condo. Everything was as described in the listing. Couch was little uncomfortable and beds were comfortable.Heated pool was very nice. Only thing negative was no designated parking for your condo and sometimes had to walk a distance. Love the area with an awesome clothing shopping area nearby. Beaches were close. Lots of nice parks for walking with some alligators. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Elegant spacious condo a short drive to the beach away from the crowds

Great stay

Everything that was mention was there. Tons of beach supplies. Beds/pillows were comfy. Nice pool onsite. No issues at all. We would stay there again.

Good location for our plans

This property was the perfect place for our stay. The rooms were big and the kitchen was good for making a breakfast in the morning. Parking is a bit tricky if you are out past 5. You couldn't find anything close. The shower was tricky to use but once we figured it out it was great. The furniture in the living room was a couch and love seat. With my bad back I would have loved a chair to sit on because the couch was to soft for me. The owners were so easy to work with. We didn't get to use the pool so I can't comment on that. I would stay here again.

Winter break

We really enjoyed our stay. We felt the condo had everything we needed to have a great vacation. It was a short drive to many beaches and attractions. Plus it had a wonderful heated pool and clubhouse. Neighbors were kind and welcoming. We will definitely rent again.

Almost perfectly located

This was a great rental. 5 to 7 min drive to the beach and 5 to 7 min drive to family we were visiting. We liked that it was gated and near but not on a main highway. Only downside was the closeness to a fire station. Sirens every day but didn't notice them at night. The hosts created a very welcoming home to stay in. Thank you for being our first Vrbo rental. We will definitely be using this service in the future.

Excellent Stay at Madiera Beach Condo!

My group had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo was very clean and quiet and had everything that my group needed. We enjoyed the pool and lovely grounds. We would definitely return and stay again!

Family vacation

The place was very clean and had many extras like beach chairs and coolers. The space was decorated very nice and was the perfect size for my family. There was a nice pool and the place was very quiet. Would stay again.

You will love this condo!

The condo is exactly as described. What a great, affordable 2 bedroom condo in a safe, gated community, 5 min from Madeira Beach. Mr & Mrs Coffin, provide everything you will need for a day at the beach, or a low key day hanging out in the complex! Beds are super comfy, location is close to everything, balcony is enclosed, screened & private, a great place to chill to start or end your day with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Thanks for a great post graduation week!!!

Nice, very reasonable little condo in a good location.

The condo was perfect for our family of three that went. Not on the beach, but only took 5-10 minutes to several nice beaches!! Great location for shops, restaurants, and not in the crazy thick of the hustle and bustle!

March 2023 Great Property great communication

Without question one of the best deals on VRBO for this area. Nice clean small 2 BR condo with beautiful pool and common area. The 2 beds were both comfortable but the pull out couch wasn't the most comfortable (as most aren't). We considered buying an air mattress to improve that but other than that this was PERFECT. Plenty of towels, beach gear, cleaning supplies, good appliances. Property manager is super nice, responsive, and helpful. I did call with one silly question which was easily resolved (on using the shower water handle lol). Really nice property and really nice people. Would definitely rent here again.

If you are planning to visit Madeira Beach for holidays or you are a frequent visitor, Madeira Condo is very close to the downtown area and is 5 minutes from the beach!! There is also so many nice places to visit very close from it.

Madeira Beach's 2.5-mile beach attracts devotees of sun and sea, and fishing in the primary sport activity. Madeira Beach also hosts the Seafood Festival at John's Pass, which attracts as many as 130,000 visitors to its celebration of food, music, and arts and crafts.

We have another 4 beautiful studios just 2 blocks from Ipana Condo in Playa del Carmen México just a few steps from the beach and 5th Avenue!!
