Cute condo on the water

It was a pleasant stay for my quick trip. Very convenient for all the little things I didn’t think about or couldn’t pack. The bed is very comfy. The view is a nice touch and the decor was very cozy. Would recommend to any person from out of town.

Dolphin watch

Very quaint condo for a week stay. Very well equipped with everything you needed. Only disappointed was there were no bikes apparently they were destroyed by the storm.

Captains Treasure

A great place to stay, clean, everything I needed. Watched the a couple of dolphin pods daily from the balcony. Pool and area nicely well kept. Management friendly and watchful of property. Which I liked. Scott very attentive with any questions I had. Even the ones that were in plain site. Very cute and super cozy. Why a treasure? Come see for youself. I slept like a queen. Grade A Rental.

AMAZING!

This property looks exactly like the pictures. The view is so tranquil. The condo has everything you would need. The host is wonderful and clearly thinks of his guests needs. I’m going to miss this place and I will definitely come back here!

Great stay!

Cute little condo. Well appointed kitchen. Great private balcony with a good view. Saw some dolphins and lots of birds. Nice pool. Super comfortable bed.

Everything was great! FYI to those coming in, don’t buy that bag of ice, there’s an ice maker in freezer. As it says in listing- it provides EVERYTHING you need. I saw people complain about road noise from other condos, yeah there was road noise BUT you’re in a city!! It was easily overlooked as the views from the balcony were amazing. Scott helped us through a couple glitches in the beginning but it was no big deal, we loved our stay and the amenities. Friendly folks at the pool. Just amazing views!

Beautiful Condo, Great Location!

Excellent rental, great communication with host. Had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Balcony was nice, saw some dolphins a couple of the days from there and watched the sunsets. Beaches are not far and pool wasn't too busy. Thanks so much!

Beautiful location!

The grounds were impeccable! Willie, the grounds keeper kept everything so nice. The condo had a great view. We met several new friends and had fun.

4 night stay

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. Highlights for us were sitting on the balcony watching the bay and sunsets and using the pool. We had what we needed in the condo, it’s small but it works. The bed is amazing (never had such a nice one in a rental) Lots of supplies included-in the kitchen, bath and for the pool and beach.

Small but cute!

We enjoyed our stay. Studio condo was small but contained everything we needed. It was great to sit on the balcony and see dolphins in bay. Pool and hot tub were great. Owner(s) were very responsive to questions.

Beautifully furnished condo! Very comfortable bed, nice balcony with lovely water view.

We enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely stay here again! The owner was accessible and available to answer questions once we arrived. It was very simple to check in and check out. If you plan to cook your meals, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Realize this is a studio condo and probably not big enough for more than 2 people.

enjoyable

The two of us enjoyed two weeks in 106. Would not want to spend more than two weeks with the size of the place. The other features were very nice,ie bikes with bike trail easily available, pool, hot tub, grills and view. Would have been nice to know in advance when and how to gain access to facility for the first time.

31st wedding anniversary trip

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was just the right size for 2 people. We knew that we would be spending most of our time at the beaches and we didn't need anything to big. A place to lay our head, cook and wash clothes. It was a bonus that they had a kayak and bikes you could use. I really loved waking up looking out at the bay, seeing the dolphins and manatees coming by. That was great. The location was great. We hopped from beach to beach. We had absolutely the best time. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Nice location, but tiny

Location was great, right on the bay. Unfortunately, the weather was unseasonably cold, so we could not take advantage of the outdoor activities and pool/hot tub. That being said, the condo was extremely small and tight. Was not easy to move around. Furniture was crammed in every available space. The pictures in the listing were somewhat misleading. The place appeared larger than it actually was.
