This was our 2nd time staying at this property. We love it and will be back again next year. It’s convenient to shopping, restaurants, live music, golfing, swimming pool and beaches. Property is clean and comfortable. We love the golf cart too!

We booked two or three baytowne vacations every year. We stayed 1 night and then checked out and had to go home because of death in family. No one even offered to refund 1 night, two nights, or all three nights. Surprised a little shocked because we travel there a lot. Makes rethink things a little. Sudden death in family.

This villa was exceptional! It was spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It was in a perfect location for all our activities which were easily accessible with the smooth riding golf cart. I would recommend this to family & friends and look forward to a return visit.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the updated fully furnished apartment near Baytown in Sandestin. It was beautifully furnished, clean, and had all that we needed for our stay. The water toys were appreciated! Only one person in our party had a complaint. Apparently she couldn’t watch the tv in the evening before bed. Maybe you just need some instructions near the tv’s to make it easy. But really, as I said to this guest in our group, we are not here to watch tv! I would rent this apartment again. I highly recommend

Great vacation spot!

We loved our stay! The place was beautiful and very clean. It was the perfect set up for us and our 3 children. We loved having the golf cart to go to the beach and the pool. The screened in porch was a very nice feature too. Would definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect location for our family of 5 + a grandparent. It was clean, cozy, and quaint with everything we needed! We discovered how valuable having a golf cart is in Sandestin and will never not stay in a place without one! We took it everywhere and the kids loved it. We did have an electrical issue the first couple of days, but the rental company was easy to communicate with and quick to respond (even on a holiday weekend). You cannot ask for a better viewing spot for the Baytowne fireworks and light show! We were blown away. This is a special place for sure and we hope to be back!

Great place

We loved the area and the home was nice. Had an issue with roaches but that was resolved. The golf cart was very nice bonus to get around in especially to go to the beach.

WONDERFUL beach stay!

We loved this property! The renovations are immaculate and gorgeous. The community is sweet and quiet. Our girls loved having the golf cart to head to the beach, The Wharf, Publix, you name it! We've never stayed off the waterfront before, but I really loved this location! Would love to come again!

Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay and thought the location was perfect. Close to fresh and saltwater fishing, near several pools, and easy to get to shopping thanks to the golf cart. We had a few issues upon arrival but they were corrected that within 24 hours which we so appreciated. We would stay again based on our resort experience and the beach vibes the condo gives!

Bayou Village Beach Villa

We had a great time! The house was spotless upon arrival. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked, and the golf cart was an excellent addition. We chose this option over others due to the provided golf cart. It made getting around the property so much easier. We have zero complaints about our experience and look forward to our next stay!
