The beach view was from the living room and not the bedroom. I usually have an ocean view from the bedroom and the pictures were slightly deceiving. I stay at Top’sl every year, so I love the location and amenities of the property.

First of all, the location is perfect! I cannot stress that enough! HOWEVER, be prepared to be treated like a second hand citizen if you don’t book through Top’sl preferred booking agent. If you book with VRBO or anyone else you will not have access to the lower pool, the pool bars, restaurant and certain restrooms. This was not disclosed during the booking process. In fact, we were even encouraged by the Top’sl attendants to leave a negative review because of this, which honestly, I wouldn’t normally do, but these issues truly became a problem as the trip went on. Also, be aware there is no handicap access to the beach and the “attendants” lost the key to the beach capable wheelchair. On check out day the cleaning ladies (with her baby) showed up and walked into the condo almost an hour before check out and then proceeded to just stand outside the door until we left. To be fair, the condo itself was great and the location, again, is perfect but the way we were treated was absolutely atrocious!! Highly considering staying somewhere else like Sand Destin next door, next year.

The unit was clean and had a beautiful view. Plan ahead to bring things like paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. as it was only a small amount provided but this is stated in the listing.

July 2020 Stay

This condo met all of our expectations. We were very happy with our stay. The balcony is very big and has a great view of the ocean. Very short walk from elevators to the pools and beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place on the beach

Nice place could use better pillows and provide paper towels and garbage bags and beach items. The pickle ball courts were very nice and the restaurants in the area were good. The beach was very nice the sand is amazing. Went on a party boat fishing was excellent. Nice view from the deck

However, we are so sorry if you were not pleased with our pillows. Although the pillows are brand new and fit the owners liking, we will be sure to pass this info along for further consideration. We also apologize if you were in need of extra paper towels, garbage bags, and beach items. To ensure our guests are fully prepared for their stay, a list of provided items is included in the check-in instructions sent prior to arrival. Instructions state that guests will receive only a starter pack of supplies (soap, toilet paper, detergent, etc.), however, we regret any inconvenience this may have caused! Again, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay and greatly appreciate your feedback! We hope to see you again!

Our stay was pleasant and with the exception of the door lock hiccup but it was handled immediately.

No problems after we got door lock situation worked out. We loved the facility
