Location, location, location

So close to Canada! Easy access to Niagara Falls and other small town. 10 minute drive to Walmart. Beautiful street!

Charming Duplex/Townhome

We had a great experience! Throughout the booking and arrival process, the owner provided excellent communication. The space had a comfortable, home-like feel that we appreciated, including the outdoor space. A few more kitchen items would be nice. Overall, it was a great place to stay, within walking distance of the path along the river and close to everything. We would recommend the space and would stay here again if in the area.

Comfortable and Relaxing

My family and I had a great time. The home was warm, cozy, clean, and beds were comfortable. Great location and quiet neighborhood that was just minutes from the falls. The property owner was great to work with. I thought it was very nice of him to check on us during our stay to just make sure how things were going and if we needed anything.

Great cottage for falls trip

Updated cottage on a beautiful street near Niagara Falls. Close to a park/jogging trail at the end of the block with pretty views. Short drive to both the US and Canada views of the falls. We took a boat ride into the falls from the Canadian side and did Cave of the Winds on the US side. Highly recommend both! The house had everything we needed (comfortable beds and couches, coffee pot/dishes, nice colors/artwork, etc) We would definitely recommend this house to friends that wanted to stay on the NY side of the falls!

Great stay

We had a great stay. It's only about 10 minutes from Niagara Falls - easy access. House is very cute and comfortable; older home with updated furnishings. The owner very responsive both before and during our stay. I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking to stay in the Niagara Falls area.

Great location to the Falls!

Very homey feel. Possibly more or better cooking tools. Luckily, we had planned to stay in & bake cookies as a family( due to covid & holiday togetherness) and brought a lot of our own. We appreciated the cozy feel of the holiday decor! The owner Bob was a fantastic communicator and instantly made us feel at home. It fit the bill for what we needed for a winter getaway and a new experience of Niagara Falls!

Beautiful House

This house looked exactly like the pictures! It was so clean and beautiful. Beds were comfortable and everything you needed was provided (towels, kitchen supplies, snacks, etc.). It was a short 5 minute drive to Niagara falls, which was amazing. The owner is friendly and great at communicating with the renters! Overall great stay!

Complications

The place was clean nice neighborhood. Had an incident in the middle of the night where the people next door came late and couldn’t get in so the owner tried to help them automatically unlock their door he “accidentally” hit our unlock button and our door opened. Scared us half to death. We understood the reasoning of why this may of happened but there was no excuse for it. We thought someone was breaking in. It kept making sounds and the knob kept moving . He said he had control of our locks and temperature of the house . Won’t be staying here again.
