Center of Clichy, 1500 meters from Paris 17 ème, we offer a clean, 3 room, (renovated in 2013) apartment, on the raised-up ground floor of a small, charming 1899 building. The apartment has its own private entrance via the shared courtyard.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms; one large with a 2 person bed, one small with a single bed; an air bed should it be needed, a living/dining room which includes a couch that opens to sleep 2, a recent galley kitchen, and a small, but comfortable shower room. The WC is separate.

The apartment has typical old-world charm, with its 3.2 meter high ceilings, elaborate moldings, and oak parquet floors, yet all plumbing, electricity, kitchen, and bathroom equipment are recent.

Fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and easy, towels and linens are provided as well.

The Métro (line 13) is a 4 minute walk, it brings you to the Champs Elysées in 10-12 minutes. Multiple bus lines are very close by; the RER and taxis are readily accessible too.

Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and the thrice weekly outdoor market are within the immediate vicinity.

Sharing a border with Paris, very close to Levallois-Perret, Neuilly, and La Défense, the apartment is also conveniently nearby the headquarters of L'Oréal, Amazon France, Bic, McCann Erickson, SNCF, Etam, the Hôpital Beaujon, and quite a few business schools, including EM Normandie and ESCP.
