This apartment was perfect for our family. We didn't spend much time there because we wanted to explore Paris. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and secure, and the host was very responsive.

Very clean, nice property. Felt like home, nothing was missing. Quick communication. The only drawback is that on our last day, there wasn’t hot water for some unknown reason. Overall, good experience, would stay again

great stay

the place was clean and spacious for 4 adult guests, in a very safe and secure apartment complex. the location was really good for the price - two metro stations nearby which offered short direct trips into the city centre and elsewhere.

Lovely fully equipped apartment

We loved the apartment which was comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. It was a short walk to the underground train providing easy access to all of the wonderful sites in Paris. There were restaurants and bars close by too. Would love to stay again

Great spot

Location is close to two subway lines. Easy walking distance to grocery stores and bakeries. The apartment is very clean and there are sufficient kitchen supplies ( plates, glasses, cutlery, etc) for cooking dinners.

Very clean place!!

This place was very clean and we felt safe staying here. The listing says sleeps 5, but I would say it sleeps 3 adults and 1 child comfortably. One of the beds is a toddler bed. The host was kind and easy to communicate with. Short walk to the metro station made it easy to get into the city on the metro. The neighborhood felt safe and the building is gated. I would recommend staying here!

Clean and nice, great with parking in the basement and elevator. Easy to communicate with the host. Sunscreening made it easy for the kids to fall a sleep.

Nice launchpad for Paris siteseeing

The property was clean and modern. The host was prompt to show us entry to the suite. The location is close to the metro so ideal for visiting sites in Paris. There are a few grocery stores down the street so eating in was covenient. A boulangerie on the same block had great croissants and was convenient for breakfast.

Very comfortable with everything needed for a family on the go! Wishing machine was very useful. One main bed + toddler bed + sofa bed. Building was clean and modern. Within walking distance to metro 3 stations + 1 tram line. Supermarket, bakeries, shops and restaurants all within 5 min walking. Is a little out of the way on line 13 which can get busy and crowded, but we were able to navigate without issue. The host was very accommodating with providing information with clear communication. We will use again if traveling in Paris Tip - take the 350 bus + T3b tram from the airport (2 euro) vs train + metro (13 euro). Only adds about 10 mins to the journey and saves a bunch of money.

Comfortable but noisy.

Economical but second bedroom has a child’s bed only so living area is a sleeping area too. Not so convenient for having personal space. Kitchen has excellent stove, dishwasher, etc. but only glasses - no cups or mugs - and no cooking utensils with handles. The host promised to bring both but just didn’t arrive. Bathroom has a washing machine but no dryer. Windows are double-glazed which does help but can’t be left open for long - Avenue Gabrielle Pere is a very busy road and seems to have constant large vehicles passing and sirens blaring. Blackout shutters are good for sleeping. St Ouen is worth exploring though. So many interesting places tucked away.

This apartment is NOT AIR CONDITIONED

Booked this apartment specifically because it was advertised as air-conditioned, which it is not. Host consistently delayed responding to our texts. It took 2 texts and a phone call before he came down to let us into the apt. Building and elevator are modern and he helped us move in, handed us the keys, told us to text any questions, and left. Ignored our initial text asking about AC. Texted the next day, saying there is a portable AC unit that rolls from room to room. Asked him to come and show us how it worked. No response. Tried it that night, cold air out the front, hot air out the back. Texted the problem, he answered that unit must be vented to the exterior. I am allergic to the mosquitos that bite from dusk to dawn, so have to keep the unscreened windows closed at night. Explained the problem, got a nasty reply. Finally, at 10:30 PM on night 3 of our 5-night stay, he texted he could come the following morning. Told him not to bother, since unit heated the room if windows/doors were closed. He offered to refund remaining nights if we wanted to leave. At this point, this was no longer practical, given the short amount of time and our plans for our last 2 days in Paris. See photos documenting the portable AC unit, which could not possibly cool this entire apt., the poor communication, the tiny child's bed in 2nd bedroom, the lack of closet/storage space because the host left their possessions, and the thermostat showing how hot the apt. got. Avoid.

Très propre et bien situé

Très bel appartement avec ascenseur (personne âgée) et bien situé (restos, épiceries, métro). On avait aussi un climatiseur qui était très utile durant la canicule! Par contre, si on ouvrait les fenêtres, c’était très bruyant, donc à choisir. Sinon, très bien insonorisé avec les fenêtres et les stores mécaniques fermés. Le lit de la chambre des maîtres était très confortable, mais le matelas du sofa faisait mal au dos. Le lit de la chambre d’enfant était bien, mais très petit pour un adulte. Le reste est quand même très bien. Merci aussi au proprio de nous avoir laisser entrer plus tôt à l’appartement. Très beau séjour à Paris!
