Two bedroom, two bath townhouse with ocean views. There are 3 ocean view decks and access to a shared 90x60 ocean front patio.
PLEASE NOTE: The 2nd Street crossover was just closed due to erosion. Our private access is still available and the 3rd Street crossover is still open

Each bedroom has a king bed and a private ocean view balcony. Fully equipped kitchen- out door space. cable and WiFi.

The large ocean view deck off the kitchen area offers table and chairs, a charcoal grill and sting light. The area is fenced with a hot and cold water shower outdoor shower.



Pet friendly with payment of $200 pet fee.

This property was everything the pictures said it was. It was right on the beach. You had that beach view from your balcony. The rooms were clean. The host was very responsive. Will stay with this company again.

Steps from the beach.

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this property 10yrs apart and we will be staying there again. Easy access to the beach, away from the crazy crowds down on Tybrisa but close enough to walk. Pat & Kathee are excellent hosts and very responsive to any questions.

Great location for Tybee Island

Our stay on Tybee Island for Memorial Day weekend was great but very crowded, which I expected. This rental is in a great location and has 2 parking spots and a boardwalk to the beach. The only thing I can suggest is to have a tv in the other king bedroom. The rental had everything we needed for a vacation with my family. I will definitely rent from them again.

Winter get-a-way!

It was awesome and so are Pat and Kathee. They were prompt and did and said what they proposed to do. We only had to get them once when the previous vacationers mixed up the remotes for cable TV! The place is in an excellent location and in a very quiet and peaceful setting with everything within walking distance. The place is well equipped with everything one needs! Start booking!

Review and recommendations

Very nice property, one of the cleaner vrbos we’ve stayed in. Kathee communicated very well and timely with us before and during our stay. We recommend a 3 ring binder be prepared for guests with instructions about expectations for guests (I.e. house rules etc) even if they were communicated in an email. In aviation we call this a QRH, quick reference handbook. This would be nice because we were uncertain what to do with garbage for example. Thanks Kathee for a great stay.
