This is a lovely space with a lovely host. My favorite is the little patio with the fountain that attracts all kinds of birds, specifically hummingbirds. It was a relaxing treat with my morning coffee. I would definitely stay here again

Nice property lots of room good kitchen and warm fireplace. Gravel path down side of house led to basement slider entrance. Lovely host.

Nice neighborhood, delightful host

The host, Lila, met us and gave us the keys. She is delightful and communicated well with us. The apartment was well stocked, quiet, and had a lovely view.Some things to note:1. The apartment is in the basement of a daylight basement home. You have to walk downhill around the home to reach it. It is well lit and there is a handrail, but I did slip a few times on the pebble path to the basement. (Just make sure you're holding the handrail.)2. Lila has a small dog. The apartment had a faint pet smell. If you are allergic to dogs this could be an issue.

Quiet comfy home away from home

Lyla was a wonderful hostess who welcomed us into her beautiful apartment with a lovely view out the back to the golf course. We found everything we needed for our stay - it was warm, comfy, & plenty spacious for the 3 of us. Her home is in a serene neighborhood and her rental is under her home. We were so comfortable, that we're grateful she had another opening for us. We're staying again on the way home as we hit a glitch in our travel plans. quiet

Convenient and Good Price

The place is a very short drive to many places in Bellevue. The host is very accommodating and caring. The pathway to the entrance was down a slipped gravel path. We were able to navigate okay, though.

Gorgeous place to stay near Seattle!

Everything in this listing is on point—the wonderful inside space, the patio with the gorgeous view, everything! It overlooks wonderful landscaping and a lovely golf course which makes for a peaceful morning to start the day with coffee and breakfast. The host is very nice and pleasant to talk to, and the neighborhood and surrounding area is full of beautiful homes with beautiful plants and landscapes everywhere. 100% recommend this place to stay! If I return to the Seattle area again, this will be the first place I look for availability.

Spacious rooms, and wonderful views of garden and golf course in a very nice residential area. Convenient to markets, restaurants, and downtown Bellevue. Would stay again.

Beautiful on 4th Fairway

Beautiful and super clean apartment. Right off the back covered patio is the 4th fairway. So you can watch the golfers play as you enjoy your morning coffee. You will meet a charming and amazing Lady who is the homeowner. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly encourage you to consider this apartment for your stay as well.

Visiting family

This is a wonderful stay. Very quiet, private yet beautiful. It is on the Tam O’shanter golf course. The kitchen is very well stocked and the appliances work well. The living room and dining table are spacious enough for a family of four. There is a on-demand fireplace, which is a great touch. It can be a two bedroom, one bath, one office space or a one bedroom and office space. The challenge for us seniors is getting down to the entry, which is a sloping, gravel path that may be difficult for some. There are lots of motion sensor lights which are very helpful. The shower is another, the bath-shower is a deep soaking tub and to enter it requires a step stool and good balance. Not for the faint of heart or the physically challenged.

Large space

Large and comfortable space to stay, very clean, comfortable bed, has everything you need! You are supposed to check in by 8pm, which I didn’t see beforehand, so just a heads up on that. The owner will come down & unlock the door the first time & then you take it from there!
