The house consists of partly old and new build. Because the old section has been completely renovated, it is well managed to preserve the unity of the home. Modern luxury and authentic elements stylishly combined.

The house offers space for 10 people. On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall with cloakroom, two bathrooms and three bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom. Both bathrooms have a bath, toilet and a separate walk-in rain shower.

The wooden staircase leads to the upper floor in the spacious living room with a large oak dining table (for 10 people) and a spacious seating area with fireplace and television, also WIFI is available. Through all the windows you have magnificent views over the wooded valley with a backdrop of the peaks of the Apennines. From the living room to the loggia (covered terrace) which also has a beautiful view over the valley. Here also is a large table and this is also the ideal place for breakfast, lunch or dinner, with or without a fireplace.

The upper floor also has the kitchen. It is fully equipped (microwave oven, dishwasher, five-burner gas stove and bread maker). From the kitchen to get the second terrace with easy (reclining) seats. On the upper floor there is a spacious fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Consideration was also given to families with young children, so you need to bring a camp bed or chair and the stairs can also be closed safely. Both the living and sleeping quarters are still several old masonry walls that provide a cozy, authentic look.
