歴史のある中心部と中世の村落の間にある、手入れの行き届いた自然の中にあるCuore Verde農家は、17世紀の田舎のヴィラでお客様を歓迎しています。 オリーブの木々と森の斜面に位置し、18ヘクタールの自然のオアシスが完全に隔離されています。有機農業の実践で行われ、スペッロから2キロのウンブリアのパイオニアでした。 最近改装され、アンティーク家具が細かく整えられたアグリツーリズモには、メインヴィラ内に3つのアパートメントがあり、隣接する2つのアパートメントと丘のコテージがあります。
オルモのアパートは、本館に隣接する1階にあります。 メザニンと暖炉付きの設備の整ったキッチンコーナー付きの広いリビングルーム、シャワー付きのバスルーム付きのダブルベッドルーム、リクエストに応じてダブルベッドになるベッド2台が備わっています。
中二階には別のベッド用のソファベッドがあります。
もう一つのバスルームもあります。
プールはソーラーパネルで暖房され、4月から10月までオープンし、水上のトレッドミルを備えています

Perfect!

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in appartement Olmo. Van alle gemakken voorzien, mooie plekken onder de parasols om buiten te zitten. Een fantastisch zwembad dat iedere dag wordt schoongemaakt. Geen chloor, maar zout water. Prachtig uitzicht. We komen zeker terug!

Beautiful, convenient base for Umbria exploring

If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect. Would be nice if there was breakfast on site or Nespresso and pastries at least. But overall, good value and would recommend. The pool is beautiful and walking through the olive groves was great.

Beautiful Property

The property is situated outside of Spello in the countryside. It is a beautiful setting and very nurturing. A car is a must. Our host was accommodating and Lillianna the housekeeper was a ray of sunshine willing to help whenever needed. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Beautiful Umbria country setting

Great location for visiting Spello and Assisi. 4 minute drive into Spello. Easy parking in the city. Beautiful landscaping, but hard to enjoy the outside as there is excessive noise from dogs continually barking and tons of birds that nest on the building where you stay. Wi-Fi only works in the common area (next door), which is nice, but rather have it in the apartment. Basic kitchen equipment provided, but you would probably want more if you were to stay and cook/eat there.

Excellent property and facilities in a spellbinding area of Umbria. A calming and serene experience.

Dear Nadia Thank you very much for your hospitality and support during our stay at your wonderful property. It provides a magnificant back drop to a wonderful holiday in the Umbria refgion. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the very picturesque gardens and the superb swimming pool. The accommodation was beautifully appointed with generous living and sleeping areas. I thoroughly enjoyed using the mountain bikes at the property to ride up in to the surrounding hills and explore the glorious landscape surrounding the town of Spello. This was a joyous and serene experience and would highly recommend that people stay at your property and take the opportunity to visit Umbria.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Close to Assisi, Perugia and of course Spello this house is the ideal base to explore the surrounding. The pool is a great addition, our kids loved the salty water. Hope to return.

Highlight of Italy trip

Our family of five stayed four nights at Agriturismo Cuore Verde in Spello, and we all agree the stay was the highlight of our two-week Italy trip. The wonderful part of Cuore Verde is the countryside location. We woke up each morning to birds singing and enjoyed our breakfast on the patio overlooking the garden. The inn is surrounded by olive groves and beautiful trees, which provide lovely shade in the afternoon. Our three teenagers spent hours playing outdoor ping pong or jumping on the trampoline and we all enjoyed the large pool, which was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Nadia and her husband care about their property and their guest's happiness and it shows. Our two-bedroom, first-floor apartment was comfortable, clean and well appointed with locally made soaps and shampoos. Wifi is available, although some spots around the property worked better than others. Nadia was very helpful in making recommendations about and reservations for local restaurants. Cuore Verde, while in the countryside, is within walking distance to Spello (along a road) and it's an easy 5-minute drive to a fabulous grocery store. Every morning we'd make our way to the cafe (next to the grocery store), order a pastry and espresso and pretend we lived like a local. A wonderful Italian experience! I highly recommend staying in Cuore Verde.

Great place to stay while visiting Spello area.

We stayed in apartment Olmos, in the main house downstairs. Everything in the apartment was in good working order and sparkling clean. Because of the thick walls and location of the wifi router, we had to go outside to use the internet, and tv reception was poor with no English speaking channels. Next door to our apartment was the communal living room, which is the large room in the pictures with the arches. There is a large screen tv there with more channels and better reception, but being shy people who don't speak Italian, we did not use it. The hostess, Nadia, is kind, explains everything clearly, and always responds promptly. She also speaks good English which was very helpful since my Italian is non-existent. The pool is heated to 80 F on average, and it is located in peaceful and private surroundings with blooming roses, swallows swooping down to scoop up water, and the sounds of many birds. The whole area of the grounds outdoors are beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. I highly recommend staying here.

Wunderschönes Anwesen und perfekte Lage

Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt. Unsere Wohnung (Olmo) war sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Salzwasserpool ist ebenfalls immer sehr gepflegt und der Hit, insbesondere wenn es jeden Tag um die 40 C hat. Das Anwesen liegt sehr nahe an der sehr schönen Stadt Spello - kann man zum Abendessen auch mit dem Fahrrad fahren und bedenkenlos den Wein genießen 😊. Zudem sind viele wunderschöne Städte wie z.B. Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto problemlos zu erreichen. Zudem ist sowohl die Besitzerin Nadja als auch Ihre Mitarbeiterinnen sehr nett - so wurden wir mit Tomaten aus dem Garten und dem selbstproduzierten Olivenöl "überrascht " - herzlichen Dank.

Charming farmhouse set in beautiful grounds with a lovely pool.

We've just come back from a lovely week at Cuore Verde on the outskirts of Spello. The old farmhouse is a beautiful stone building set in lovely grounds surrounded by olive trees and vines. The pool was warm and inviting and the kids had a great time in there with the lovely weather. We stayed in Apartment Olmo that joins the main farmhouse. The apartment was clean and tidy with plenty of room for us with two kids and was equipped with all the conveniences required for a holiday. The owner, Nadia, met us in Spello on the first day to show us to the property and was very kind and answered any questions we had. Spello is a pretty, busy little hill town and had a good selection of restaurants. The supermarket is at the end of the road that leads up to the farmhouse, a few kilometres away. The farmhouse is ideally situated to visit the rest of Umbria and we caught the fast train from Foligno (about 5km away) to Rome (about 1hr 20mins) for a day trip. A great holiday with the only slight negative being occasional distant dog barking at night.

Beautiful stay in beautiful countryside

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in apparmento Olmo in Cuore Verde in June. Nadia was a wonderful hostess and the appartment had everything we needed. The villa is set within a lovely estate amd the pool is immaculately kept and always inviting. The estate's own olive oil and lentils - generously provided by Nadia - are amazing, and Nadia also shared fresh produce from her garden as they ripened. It is a wonderfuuly central spot from which to explore Umbria.

Nous avons occupé un logement spacieux et splendide situé au rez-de-chaussée de la maison. Bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, propreté impeccable, sans doute encore plus agréable en pleine chaleur estivale de par son exposition. Au mois d'avril, avec un temps variable, nous avons pu profiter autant de la cheminée que de la piscine. Propriétaire et personnel attentifs et très cordiaux. La campagne alentour et le village de Spello sont ravissants.

"Nous avons passé une très belle semaine ensoleillée dans cette propriété rurale de cette région de l''Ombrie qui mérite les visites.la location très propre et vaste était en tous points conforme à la description dans cette superbe demeure rurale partagée par plusieurs familles de vacanciers (2 Etages) avec très grand jardin, sans compter les champs d''oliviers. la cuisine ,la possibilité de déjeuner en extérieur dans le jardin , la piscine et les parkings privés sont un plus. les propriétaires sont très discrets mais rien ne manque."

"Nous avons passé une semaine dans l''appatement situé au rez-de-chaussée de cette belle bâtisse (il s''agit en fait d''une extension récente, mais très bien intégrée et aménagée avec du mobilier ancien). L''hébergement est très confortable, rien ne manque, et la belle piscine extérieure est un plus très agréable. Ell est chauffée par des panneaux solaires et la température de l''eau était de 28° ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de ce lieu, au milieu des oliviers, des vignes et des rosiers. A noter aussi un très bon accueil du proprétaire. Enfin la région est magnifique avec tout près le très beau village de Spello, mais aussi facilement accessibles Assise, Pérouse, Spolète, entre autres."

"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison dans une propriété très bien entretenue au milieu des oliviers. L''accueil de la propriétaire a été très cordial. A signaler que pour deux couples cet appartement est idéal pour découvrir l''Ombrie et sa richesse artistique. La piscine mise à disposition des locataires est un élément supplémentaire pour recommander cette bonne adresse."
