Clean, spacious, and conveniently located for everything we needed. Communication was great and house had everything we needed. Hot tub was very nice. Beds were comfortable too. Highly recommend!

The property was perfect. It was far enough away from the casinos to enjoy the peace and calm that Tahoe has to offer, but close enough to easily go out and enjoy some gambling and local eateries. The house was very quaint with the second floor providing ample space to have your own space if needed. The house was very clean and the check in/out process was super easy and directions were very clear. Communication with the host was great and any questions I had were answered timely. Would 100% recommend especially anyone with children. We had a great time and will definitely come back again.

Everything about our stay was great! Condo was well stocked, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Location is very close to Heavenly and shopping restaurants, but still private/secluded. Would definitely stay here again, thank you!

Our stay was comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed and the property was clean and well maintained. Randy responded quickly to communication and followed through with any concerns. I wouldn’t hesitate to spend a vacation here again.

This place is a great place to find things to do near the stateline. Heavenly, snowmobiles, casino fun, Edgewood for sunset drinks. The house has a comfortable, funky vibe with all the amenities. Our only disappointment was that it was listed as a 4-bedroom, but one of the rooms is a loft, openly visible from the front door, the living room, and the upstairs landing. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Great property, location, and owner

Place is a mile from the casino's, has a cute clubhouse, and most importantly was as advertised, clean and had everything we could want. Very cozy place we made home for a few days. Would for sure stay again.

Perfect proximity to casinos and state line

Condo is a perfect place with 6 real beds and only 1 mile from the casinos and state line. Would most definitely rent again!!

Host was great to work with! Very quick to respond to our inquiries and nice to work with. Biggest disappointment was in the check-in process required by the HOA and very limited parking/passes allowed! Way too many forms to sign, red tape and parking restrictions which the check-in desk knows is a problem. This is all in addition to what we have already completed for VRBO so took more time and was unexpected. I do not recommend renting a property in this HOA.The description of the garage in this listing is misleading. It's a double car garage so we thought we could park two cars there plus two cars with passes in the parking areas on the driveway, but one side of the garage has the hot tub in it and the second side is too narrow even for a minivan, so we could only park two of our cars in the driveway with needed passes. Others had to park down below in an unsecured parking area on the street and walk up even at night, so this was a problem. I would modify the listing to say there is parking in the garage for a small car only.

Thank you for pointing out the mistake in the listing description about the garage - we have fixed that just now! We do try to point out that you can park 4 cars at our unit in the docs we send out upon each booking, but it should notconflict with the description - thanks.
