Great Place

Incredible place with an incredible view. The entire process for checking in and out was very easy. The location is perfect and the apartment was breathtaking. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back one day. It was a magical stay in Paris!

This was our first trip in 3 years and it is really what the name states “Paris Perfect”.

It’s simply elegant, best location, and smooth with check in, assisting in pick up/ drop off at airports , and really just made our stay wonderful! Thank you. Can’t wait to go back.

Just BOOK IT!

This place is amazing. It has every amenity. The staff is incredible. Wonderful communication. They met us there in person to show us how everything worked and give us a tour. So friendly and helpful. It is decorated beautifully and is sparkling clean. I’d call it classic French, elegant yet comfy/cozy. It has all the utensils and utilities you could need. We only used the microwave, but it has a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, washer, dryer, and even a towel warmer rack by the shower. THAT view is what sold me. You can watch the Eiffel Tower light show every night from your balcony. It’s just breath-taking. But that location also means you can simply step outside your door and find restaurants, shops, and pharmacies (for Covid tests and health passes). The bed is very comfy with high quality linens and pillows. We didn’t use the sofa bed. It is secure and safe. WiFi and Netflix work great. There is a guarded parking garage about three minutes walk from the apartment if you have a car. We didn’t bring our children, but I think it would be child-friendly. The only complication I see there is that there isn’t a bath tub (there’s a shower. The only other negatives I can think of are that the elevator and bathrooms are tiny by American standards. You can only fit one person at a time. It wasn’t a problem for us! But if you have a large stroller, wheelchair, etc I could see it being tough. Oh, and yes, Uber eats works there and they deliver to your door :) Don’t bother staying anywhere else. This is it.

Location and charm

While being in close proximity to the Eiffel Tower is endlessly charming, knowing that your local wine, cheese, and pharmacy are within a stone throw is of equal value. The Metro strike was a concern; yet someone wisely stated on Facebook that who needs the Metro when exploring what is around you provides for rich exploring. Love Paris and the opportunity of staying in this wonderfully appointed apartment.

The perfect location in Paris!

We loved everything about the Champagne apartment! Beds and linens were comfortable and made for a good nights sleep after long days of strolling through Paris. Bistros on Everett corner, as well as boulangerie, patisserie and small local grocers with the best smelling fresh fruits and veggies. We enjoyed every minute of the neighbourhood and how convenient it was to get around! Definitely recommend!

A MUST. PERIOD. View, location, unit to die for.

ParisPerfect has the ultimate customer service. I have very high expectations and was extremely (yes....extremely high) and they exceeded them. From the initial connection, check-in and throughout the stay. They have it all figured out. There will be no detail no matter how big or small unaddressed. If there is an issue no matter how small it will be addressed to your expectation....this I will assure you. This unit is amazing. The view, the location, the unit is AMAZING! I can’t stress that enough. You will wish you could stay there forever! My first time in Paris and this place made it a trip we will never forget. Found it hard to go to bed because I wanted to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle one last time. I’m getting chills just thinking about it...Great for a romantic reconnection, Honeymoon, special celebration or a family’s first trip to Paris. No matter what the occasion this place is perfect! The interior decorating is beautiful and gives you the Parisian feel. Not what you would get in a regular hotel. It will immerse you immediately into the culture and spirit of the city. Don’t hesitate..... The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped so a quick snack, full meal prep or quick breakfast or lunch. The balcony was the perfect set-up—-why go to the cafe when you had this amazing view. Security was excellent. My sister and I had no worries with the location and felt very safe with all access points being secure. Restaurants and shops were abundant and well within walking distance. Loved the binder they provided with information for the area. They left nothing out! This was as described, clean and well maintained. Again, don’t hesitate. Book now....you will not be disappointed and ParisPerfect will make it right no matter what. Will recommend without hesitation.

BEST TRIP EVER!

“Paris Perfect has impeccable Customer service. Without a doubt I would book with them again. We were staying in an apartment that did not have A/C (Cenas apartment). We knew this when booking but when we were in Paris it was unusually hot. I called to ask if they could do anything for us because it was so warm without A/C and if we opened the windows at night it was very loud and we could not sleep. We were just not happy. They called and emailed us the next morning and said they were going to move us to another apartment. This apartment was SPECTACULAR (Champagne)! It has A/C and a incredible view f the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was very clean. They provided Shampoo, Conditioner and Soap. They have a nespresso machine (they provided coffee pods) and a drip coffee maker. They left a basket in apartment with wine and some crackers/cookies. In the refrigerator they provided milk and Orange Juice. They also have a book in each apartment about the area, where to eat etc. that was very helpful. Not only did they move us to a spectacular apartment but they send emails prior to our trip with loads of information about Paris. We were able to book a trip to Versailles which was great. They have a driver (Victor) that you can make a reservation with that will pick you up at the airport and will take your apartment. I can't say enough about Paris Perfect! Don't even think about using AirBnb! Paris Perfect is the way to go! This was a trip my sister and I will never forget. We are now planning on going to Italy and using Italy Perfect! Thank you Paris Perfect. ”

Luxury living, incredible view, fantastic location

“We loved this apartment. There could be nothing better with the seven large windows overlooking the neighborhood and the Eiffel Tower. Being on California time we enjoyed being up at 1am a couple nights to see the flashing lights on the tower as it closed down. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We were surrounded by wonderful bakeries and restaurants and were conveniently located for busses and walking to major art museums and other sights. It was a wonderful stay. ”

Lovely view of the Eiffel Tower!

The apt was just the right size for my husband and myself and our adult daughter who slept on the trundle that popped up from under the couch. One additional person could have stayed with us. The view of the Eiffel Tower twinkling every evening was the best part of the place! However, it was nice to have room to relax, read, watch TV, rather than be all cramped in a hotel room. We did not feel crowded at all. The location is convenient for some sights such as the Eiffel Tower, Napoleon's Tomb but most other locations were quickly reached using Uber. It was a very clean unit and quite comfortable. I would not recommend bringing an expensive curling wand or hair straightener. I was glad my little curling iron was cheap because it melted in about 2 minutes despite using the convertor that they provided. I dared not try charging my laptop even though we brought some convertors. We did use a convertor I purchased at Best Buy that accomodated 4 USB ports at once for our cell phones, FitBit and camera. A blow dryer is provided with the unit. We are very appreciative of the opportunity to stay at Champagne!”

I recently returned from another fabulous stay at the Champagne apartment. This was my second stay at this apartment, and my third stay with Paris Perfect. The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. The location and setting are the absolute best. You really feel like you are living as a Parisian. Everything is so convenient. The apartment is very spacious, with an excellent floor plan. The kitchen is wonderful--even if you don't cook! Paris Perfect is an amazing organization. You will truly feel loved. They have my 100%+ recommendation!

The apartment was in a great location. Shops, food stores, cafes etc in the immediate vicinity. Metro stop was about a 5 minute walk, but it was also easy to walk across the Seine. We had two teen age girls with us and the trundle bed worked out perfectly well. The only one negative is that the apartment probably has the world's smallest WC (toilet)! Apart from that, we were very pleased with the location and Paris Perfect staff.

This was our fourth (?) stay here and it is always a distinct pleasure. So near great restaurants and the excitement of the city that we really feel a part of daily Parisian life. The apartment is well appointed and we especially appreciated the updated clothes washer/dryer. We cannot say enough good things about the feeling one gets when staying here. We do miss, however, the elegant glass dining table. Nice place. We will return.

Champagne All the Way!

Outstanding apartment and location. First class accommodations. We loved it. Stayed for two weeks and wish it had been two months. People at the office were terrific, even to the point of hauling our luggage down 5 floors when the elevator failed on our check out day. Beyond that the stay was perfect. The view of the twinkling Eiffel Tower was spell binding. We felt like Parisians for two weeks. The only improvement I can think of is to include some instructions for the stove. It is still not clear to me what the "H" stands for on the display. Thank you, we will return to Paris and Paris Perfect.

2 Americans in Paris

We visit Paris often, in fact, I used to live there, so for me there is no experience quite like being in ones own apartment. This apartment, Champagne, was perfect for us. We came for 10 days finishing the weekend of Valentine's Day. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. I speak french, and Tim does not, but in the 7th Arrondissement, near the Champs de Mars, and Eiffel Tower, one can easily get by with English. The best boulangerie is on Rue de Grenelle, to buy fresh bread and pain au chocolat, croissants, and more, every morning. The apartment has a drip coffee maker as well as an espresso maker and if you are American, like me, you need your morning coffee to start the day. The view or should I say "VIEW", is amazing. Seven Large french windows open onto a wrap around balcony, with two sets of chairs and small tables, and they all have that marvelous view of the Eiffel tower that one never gets tired of. No photo can do it justice, and it's dazzling at night when it sparkles, with thousands of lights, every hour, on the hour. The kitchen is remarkably well appointed and stocked with everything you might want. I am a cook and was worried that I would have to buy a lot of things, but aside from spices and the food itself, I had everything that I needed. There is also a wonderful butcher just across the street. The Rue Cler has a wonderful market every Sunday, and it's only about a 10 minute walk. We bought armfuls of beautiful fresh flowers and filled every room, and it was the only addition we needed to feel absolutely at home. The toilet is separate from the shower area and very small, but I was used to it, from my 5 years, living in the city, when I was younger. The bathroom, however, is quite large even by hotel standards, no bath, but a large walk in shower, a double sink and a washer dryer combo in a cabinet, very handy. The staff at Paris Perfect are only one block away and are available buy telephone and online, to help with anything you might need. The telephone, in the apartment, is included, and very handy. Their English is perfect and they will help you out, as they did us a couple of times. I can't imaging going back and staying anywhere else. A hotel has it's limited charm, but cannot compare with this 4 room dream of an apartment. I can't recommend it more, although, I probably shouldn't, or it may be occupied, when I want it again. Go and see paris as it should be seen, like a Parisian.

Perfect place in Paris

Absolutely Perfect!

We had a fantastic early October stay in the Champagne apartment! It was our first trip to Paris, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The apartment was beautiful inside and out and exceeded our expectations. The perfect size for a family of three. The view, the view, the view!!! I cannot rave enough about the view from every window of the apartment! It was so wonderful to come home to a beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view at the end of each day. We loved the restaurant recommendations in the Paris Perfect guidebook. We found the food and service at each recommended restaurant to be excellent. The neighborhood is absolutely fantastic! So many great places so near to the apartment! And so many wonderfully friendly Parisians. We used the Paris Perfect recommended concierge, Lisa Buros-Hutchins (yourparisexperience.com), to connect us with a local professional photographer for a family photoshoot. Lisa connected us with Samuel G irard (usinparis.fr). Sam was awesome! We spent a morning having our picture taken all over Paris. The pictures are gorgeous - worth every euro! What a great keepsake from our trip. Everything about Paris Perfect is simply that - PERFECT. We had no idea that we would love our Paris experience as much as we did. We were so sad to leave the Champagne apartment at the end of our trip. It was truly a perfect home away from home. We cannot wait to return!

Perfect stay for our 35th anniversary!

This was our second stay at the lovely Champagne apartment and it was as wonderfully magical as the first stay five years ago. The location is perfect for the things we enjoy.......great restaurants, museums, shops, markets. We discovered two restaurants in the "hood" we hadn't tried before: Su Misura (Italian) and Philippe Excoffier (French - wonderful fresh fish!). We look forward to our next visit! Paris Luxury 25th anniversary trip

The view from Champagne is stunning: 5 sets of french doors open to the sparkling tower, so close you feel you can reach out and touch it. Give this place 5 stars. (our travel expectations are from staying in Westin and St. Regis grade hotels, and renting homes on Nantucket and Newport). As classic "americans" we sought everything that's hard to find "all in one place" in Paris: stylish address, signature view, elevator, large master bed, air-conditioning, american-style coffee maker, modern kitchenette, modern bathroom, washer and dryer, and pull out sofa option for our 20 year old who's studying in paris for the semester. Champagne met our every wish. Neighborhood is bustling with grocery, cheese, wine, and patisserie all in the same block. Walk to Eiffel is 2 blocks. Street is well known to cab drives so no problems getting 'home' from various parts of the city. There is street noise. Apartment building is secure and very attractive. Neighborhood is upscale. Elevator is for 2 people or bags + 1 person but fast and worked well. The floor plan is efficient--master bedroom has 2 closets with bed somewhere between queen and king size, and double doors. AC works great, but fan + doors keep great breeze. Lovely furnishings and very good towels and linens satisfy picky wife. Toilet is off the hall close to master--tiny WC only. (fair warning--a heavy person literally would not fit in that room) The "bath" with double sink, shower and laundry are in room next to WC --this is spacious, clean as a whistle. plenty of water pressure and hot water. Laundry is a tiny all-in-one Washer and Dryer. Ok for light loads. Views from the LR & DR and Kitchen areas all amazing. Many nights we'd pop champagne, open cheese and just watch the eiffel sparkle. Daughter used the pullout couch two nights-- very comfortable. Not a USA style unfold, rather a proper twin-sized mattress that pops up with a similar pop up underneath it to sleep two with plenty of room and no "bars" to sleep on. Nice linens on this bed also (ready made up) Kitchen very well appointed with new appliances and large american-sized fridge, and freezer with ice trays. We did use Victor for transfers--great help. Picking up the key was a bit of a hassle because we came in after hours. We wished Victor could have brought the key but ParisPerfect is firm on doing a "house how-to" briefing which I have to respect We ended up having our daughter collect it rather than an after hours meeting, as they did teach our da

Paris Perfect certainly lived up to its name for this family! The staff was most accommodating and the apartment was a great fit for us. It is modern, convenient, well appointed, clean, comfortable and all with Eiffel Tower views! We had friends visit and they thought the views of the Eiffel Tower were very special. All in all it was very special. We do hope to return soon.

Pampered in Paris

Great apartment that has everything you need from dishes, fans, umbrellas, iron and etc. The best thing about the apartment was the location: bakery, fish, meat, desert stores and fantastic places to eat are all in walking distances. It is true what they say; Location, location, location!!!!! Since we were near Champs de Mars, we were able to get our usual excercise. Everything was truly wonderful and we plan to use Paris Perfect again. The Paris Guide provided was excellent. We took cooking clases, had a professional photographer take photos, used the transportation services reccomended. For people who want to spend time in Paris, this is company to use.

WE FELT RIGHT AT HOME

This apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and it was located in an ideal location to visit many of the prime attractions. It is also a lovely neighborhood with good markets, and a number of excellent restaurants. We felt like Parisians!

The decision to choose this apartment was simple: location, location, location. We chose the 7th arrondissement on the Left Bank of Paris after a long search, because it was the absolute best location we could find – combining a lively village-like atmosphere with an unbeatable location in the heart of Paris. Financially it was a stretch but it has been worth every penny. We wanted to live in a beautiful quartier located near the romantic Seine river, surrounded by bistros and shops and walking distance to classic Parisian sights including the Eiffel Tower. We also wanted a safe neighborhood, centrally located with easy access to landmarks, museum and fabulous open-air markets and specialty food stores. The 7th offered it all!

We loved the fact that the 7th has maintained its unspoiled village-like feel where we greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know our favorite cheese and just how thick and browned we want our baguette. That is what we wanted to find – an authentic and intimate Parisian neighborhood. .

We tried a variety of neighborhoods and the 7th offered the best access on foot to everything we savor and enjoy about Paris: landmarks, museums and monuments on the Left Bank, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the antique dealers on the Rive Gauche, to the Musée d’Orsay, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower and even the Arc de Triomphe. We can walk to discount stores in the quartier next door, enjoy morning jogs and bike rides in the lovely Champs de Mars gardens across the street, take a sunset walk along the Seine to Place de la Concorde and home along the riverbank.
