Beautiful property and grounds and a good location

Everyone was impressed with the Villa and really enjoyed the comforts of home. (7/1 to 7/5)Large rooms, comfortable furnishings and well stocked with everything we needed.The lanai was great and we didn't find the road noise intrusive.The CB was great to work with and always got back to me and answered every question. Mahalo you guys are great!

The home was as advertised and well stocked with kitchen, bathroom, and beach essentials. The welcome gift package of food products was a nice touch. All enjoyed the stay with no issues in a quality unit.

Was a great location close to everything. Was very clean and represented well by the pictures. A little road noise but not terrible. Would absolutely stay here again.

Spectacular. Great location in Wailea. Close to beaches and the shops. The unit was very well equipped including kitchen, spices, blender.The lanai was perfect for 8 people. The 3 kingsize bedrooms with ensuites were all very nice. Highly recommend this unit

A great spot

We had a wonderful time in Maui. Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay here. The pool was lovely and the beach was a short walk from the property. Very clean and comfortable.

Simply amazing property

Everything was fabulous from our contact with Monica to get us checked in and deliver packages shipped from home to the beautiful accommodation to the pool to the location. We will be back with our family of 8 very soon.

Beautiful Maui Retreat

This was our second stay at Ho-O’Lei 12-4. The unit is gorgeous and spacious. It is convenient to the resort entrance, fitness center and pool. All communications were easy, no hiccups whatsoever. Would definitely return!

Everything was perfect! Check in was smooth. This is a high-end home. It was large, comfortable, and had every amenity we needed. It was a short walk to the beach, and the beautiful pool area was even closer. It far exceeded our expectations.

We loved this. The only complain is that we did not get information for check-in three days before. We called your help number and we did get some of the check-in. Had to wait until 4pm exactly to get final codes and it did not work. Reminded me of the Nick Sabin commercial.

Best place to stay in Maui

This is one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed at. The property is beautiful with high end appliances and is well taken care of. The property management is also top notch- very responsive and checking in to make sure we have everything we need. Additionally we left a few items behind and they mailed it to us!

Gorgeous Villa

We were here with 6 family members. Everyone had a great, roomy, comfortable bedroom and en suite bath. Nice, clean pool area and right across the street from the beach. Very clean & kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could want. All in all gorgeous villa! We’d definitely highly recommend & would happily come back.

What we expected plus more!

This property exceeded our expectations! We were two adults and 4 teens and the most convenient thing was its proximity to the pool and the Grand Wailea resort/beach making it easy for the teens to walk to on their own. The property itself had everything you could possibly need from high-end appliances to games, puzzles, beach chairs and umbrellas as well as many of the basics like towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent, salt & pepper, aluminum foil, the list goes on. The only downside was its proximity to the road. The view is well hidden, but the sound can be loud (but only when you're outdoors). Also, no access to the Grand Wailea pools but we knew that going in. Seriously consider this property if you're wanting an easy walk to the pool/resort - many of the others are a fairly steep incline of a walk! We would definitely stay here again.

Wailea Relaxing

We didn’t know that this property does not have access to the amenities at the Grand Wailea until after it was too late to cancel. This should be advertised. Otherwise we enjoyed the property and location and used the Ho’olei pool and walked to the beach. Appreciated the beach towels and chairs and everything that was set up in the house. We had a relaxing time.

Came with beach chairs and umbrellas, which is great for walking to across the street. Easy to get in and out of the resort. The resort pool and hot tubs were great.Host was easy to get a hold of through text and phone.Kitchen came well stocked with coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, toaster, etc.

Amazing

Amazing property! We stayed her with my husbands family and it has everything you would need. The villa was very well stocked and the staff made sure we had what we needed. Communication was excellent. It was perfect for 6 adults. Location was easy to get around and easy access to the beach. The pool was very relaxing and a beautiful setting. The villa is even nicer in person than the pictures show. I ordered groceries ahead of time which was worth the cost to just have everything there and read. Allowing more time for family. And made it easy for breakfast and us to just visit. We will be back to this property again.

Beautiful and luxurious

My family and I enjoyed the stay at this beautiful and fully equipped unit. The location of this unit was close to the pool and is walking distance to the Wailea mall and beach. I would definitely give 5 stars, but I was disappointed to find the floors and kitchen counter top weren’t the cleanest upon arrival. The counter had sand or something of that texture on it and the floors were dirty. We had a problem with the cable box and/or router, but since it was our last evening there, we just let customer service know before future guests arrive. Also, as a suggestion, it would be nice if a map of the area, like the pool and beach, and outside trash bins was provided.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is beautiful. The staff was helpful and responsive. This unit is right next to the road and it is a busy road. Get a unit higher on the hill to avoid the noise from all the traffic. While staying in the unit there were several maintenance issues that required a quick response from staff. They did come quickly but this interrupted our time staying here and for the amount of money paid should not have to deal with this.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Maui. The home we stayed at was well located to beach, resorts, restaurants, etc. The home was clean, the property mgr was responsive. We rented through Airbnb and did not know the exact location of the home. Had we known that the home fronted the main road we would not have rented. We knew it didn’t have an ocean view but didn’t expect such significant traffic noise. I would not stay there again. I recommend the listing service mention traffic noise and proximity to main road.
