really liked it was clean good location the only thing that was horrible was all the mattreses was uncomfortably

Sorry to hear about the mattresses. It's hard to make everyone happy. Some people like firm and some like soft. But this is the first complaint we've received on them.

Missing a few things

We enjoyed the house location, pool and complimentaries. Staying for10 days we were at the house alot. There wasn't any pans to use in the oven which we had to purchase, no pot holders to use. The queen bed upstairs wasn't comfortable at all and the couch has been there awhile.

Thank you for your review. As we explain in our check-in instructions, if you're missing anything at all please reach out, we will get the items to yo very quickly. We also have a mattress topper available if a bed is not ideal for you. It is our way of trying to make everyone happy. Since some like firm beds and others don't. I'm sorry about the couch, no one has ever told us it feels old. And we also steam wash it twice a year.

NIce resort and clean condo

We enjoyed the property. The place was really clean. The owners were very kind and responsive. We were disappointed in the quality of furniture though especially the beds. The bunk bed is not quality and the mattresses are really cheap and not very comfortable. We had a problem with the master t.v. controllers. We had to turn on the t.v. manually. We could never get the main t.v. to work on "live" t.v. The pool is small but really enjoyable. The resort was nice and the location is great. You're only 15 mins from Disney World, Seaworld, Disney Springs, etc. We really enjoyed the lazy river the most. The water slides were nice too. It was nice having a quality gym, basketball and volleyball court available. We enjoyed the club house and having drinks and ice cream available.
