The house is the perfect location for a large family to gather! Easy access to bay and ocean sides, lots of room, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The pool is great - nice and warm. Communication was excellent with Steve. Yard is beautiful and very quiet. Fishing right around the corner that the kids LOVED.

Great spacious house with fabulous pool. Great location with plenty to do, but we mostly enjoyed the pool and large lawn. Steven (the host) was helpful with suggestions of things to do and communications about the property. He was available to answer any questions, and always gracious and friendly.

The location of the house, the pool and the size of the yard (front and back yard) are great. The house was clean and very much as advertised. Stephen is helpful and responsive. The furniture and kitchen equipment are not top end and definitely could use some love, but the positive qualities of location, pool and outdoor space more than outweighed that for our group.

Family Vacation

Had a great week at this home, The accommodations were great and the pool was wonderful. Would have liked the master bathroom to have been attached to the bathroom, however we made it work. Better description of that would have been nice. Very clean and well equipped home. Would definitely stay again.

Great House and Location

This was a great rental property and our group had a great time. The house was large and backyard was a huge hit. Plenty of room for games as well as the pool was great to come back to after a day out.

Clean, spacious, and well-maintained modern house. Great location on the Cape and quite neighborhood. Swimming pool was a real plus.

Great place for a large family vacation

16 people in and out over the course of a week, and we all had a great time. Plenty of room for all to play games together, and a large enough to have your own private space. Pool and AC were a definite plus!

Family fun at the Cape

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Large, spacious home — the yard and pool were fabulous! Close to beaches , bike trail and kayaking. Would highly recommend this home for a rental.

Spacious, clean, and beautiful property

The house was clean, organized, and has a great layout for family ages 3 yrs to 75 yrs. Backyard is beautiful with lovely hydrangeas and lush grasses as a backdrop to beautiful saltwater pool that we enjoyed every day before and after trips to the beach. Great place! We were all very happy with our stay!!

Great family vacation spot

Our family stayed here for a week vacation- 9 adults and 4 kids ranging from 6 months to 4 years old. It was perfect! Enough room for all of us, the pool was a wonderful addition for days we didn't want to go to the beach. Great, quiet neighborhood with lots of options for stroller walks. Steve was very responsive and accommodative. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Mini reunion 1965

12 old friends and classmates got together for a week on Cape Cod. House was beautiful and cozy with lots of room to spread out. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Pool was a bonus that a couple enjoyed. Because of our age, we would have liked hand rails going into the front door and from the slider to the pool area.

Family Reunion

Wonderful perfect home for a family reunion. A huge kitchen table for 15 people to share a family meal. Outdoor lounge chairs around the pool for everyone and two large outdoor tables by the warm 85 degree salt water pool. All the amenities and the owner was available within minutes for any concerns! We are coming back!!!

Fabulous getaway

Loved our stay!! The house is exactly as described and pictured. We had 10 people at the house and it just worked out perfectly for us. The first floor is open and bright and the bedrooms are all a great size. Absolutely a bonus having the pool and fabulous backyard. We were able to all be together without being on top of each other. Steven was a lovely and responsive host and definitely takes good care of the property. We will for sure be back!

Lots of room, and the heated pool is a bonus!

The house was as I imagined it based on the listing and pictures. It's a large house with plenty of room for 12+ people. There were only 6 of us, so we had lots of room. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, which we did most evenings. My kids enjoyed the pingpong table in the garage and the heated saltwater pool in the backyard. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the ease with which we could get to desired destinations such as Sesuit Harbor, Crowe's Pasture, Provincetown and more. I would definitely stay at this home again.

50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

This property was a great place to vacation for our family of 15! Everything was in good condition, working order, clean and well equipped. It had a huge backyard with heated pool and had lots of lounge and beach chairs available. The location was convenient to nearby activities. The only thing I think should be included in the VRBO listing is the fact that you need to provide your own bed linens and towels. We had no issues and once we arrived it was easy to get in contact with the property manager. He was willing to provide everything we could possibly require. Our family reunions happen so infrequently and this home away from home was everything and more. Thank you Steve!

Much needed vacation

Just returned from a lovely week in this house. G'parents, parents and young children all enjoyed the spacious house, the beautiful garden and the POOL. A wonderful safety feature of the pool is the electronic poolcover which can close access to the water when not in use. With small children around, this was a relief and great safety feature. The house was well equipped, central AC and appliances all functioned efficiently. House is a 3 minute walk to a pond for those interested in kayaking. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We plan on booking again next year. Steve Murray was a great host, prompt and informative in his communication.

Back again for the the second time!

We loved this property so much after our 2022 stay that we booked summer of 2023 two weeks after our return. Once again the home did not disappoint! Steve made some very nice upgrades to the pool and pool area, where we spent most of our trip. The home is super spacious and able to accommodate our large family of 14. Some things we really love about this house: Super comfy beds Amazing shower pressure The AC Two refrigerators Back yard Warm salt water pool Large kitchen table There are many more but those are the highlights. Steve is a very attentive host and was at the ready if we had any issues or questions. Definitely rent this house!

No frills, but everything you need.

We found the house larger than it appeared in the pictures. The pool and yard were well maintained. Mr. Murray is considerate and responsive to questions. We liked the neighborhood location. Appliances we very good and the showers/ bath had excellent water pressure and an abundance of hot water. This was the first rental where we had to provide linens. Providing the linens for several size beds and bath/kitchen towels made packing a challenge since we all had long distances to travel. Mr. Murray provided information for linen rental, but we decided to bring our own so I cannot comment on that services. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed the property and vacation.

Large, family-friendly home!

This large house has endless space for all kinds of activities. The owner is friendly, informative, and quite helpful; he answers his phone, and is available at all times for issues (which are few). The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the backyard is delightful. I wanted to give this an All-5-star rating, but there are a few areas that could be improved. There was food and crumbs in some of the fabric chairs, which was unpleasant (this is not something the owner would check on all the time, but the cleaners should). One of the bathrooms did have (at some point) a mold problem, which was painted over. If I had little children, I might consider having a gate handy for the staircase. The neighborhood was quiet, though a bit remote. One of the most impressive attributes of this lovely home is the never-ending hot water and extremely efficient air-conditioning! Fantastic!

Great place

We are all over 70 and 7 of us used this home for a week in September. Beautiful heated pool, clean home, plenty of AC or heat when needed. Very nice owner who answered any question we had upon arrival.

The house and neighborhood had everything we needed (except linens which we knew ahead of time).

Great property for our large family

Our family of 13 had a wonderful week at this property! It was clean and comfortable. Steve responded to all of our questions very quickly. The kids and adults loved the pool. We wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!
