The location was absolutely perfect as we were able to come and go to the beach during the day and for sunset. We had a small issue with a leak and it was addressed immediately by the owners. We fit our large immediate family and children in the house with ample bedrooms/beds. Thank you.

Love our Mayflower Beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 9th year at this house. The location is perfect and the house is set up to accommodate our extended family. Steve is great to work with and very responsive to our needs. We have not had any real issues during our stays, but have reached out to ask some questions about WiFi or the new fire pit. This location is walking distance to one of our favorite restaurants, Chapins. Of course the best thing for us is the accessibility to Mayflower waiting in line for parking! The kids are already asking what week we are doing next year.

It was a 1970s-style design, but it was comfy, extremely clean, and updated. There was just enough room for my family to come and go with their families as well. The location was a quick walk across the street to our favorite beach. I have already requested the 3rd week in July again for next year.

Our Stay

We spent summers on our Cape Cod as children and lived here year round as adults. It was a joy to be back near the beach.We love October on the Cape. Long walks, and even a few swims. Perfect location near Mayflower beach.

Family Beach Vacation

Property a lot bigger than it appears. The screen porch was amazing...we used it a LOT! Outside shower had drainage issues so we didn't use. Plenty of beds for all and extra fridge was helpful for our big group. Loved the proximity to the beach...members of our party could come and go as needed (Traveling with an infant who eats every 3-4 hours.)Never were informed about trash/recycling rules (would have been helpful). Downstairs shower stream was VERY light so few showers were taken there. Have to be careful about heat in faucets and showers.....easy to get burned. Overall, as we got use to all these things, we had a GREAT VACATION!!! Would certainly consider this location again.

Location! Location! Location!

We had an amazing stay! You cannot beat the location! Mayflower beach at your fingertips! The house was perfect for our large (6 adults and 3 kids) family vacation. We enjoyed the screened in porch and gas fire pit. The 2 separate living areas worked great for us! Steve was easy to reach and very responsive with any questions we had. We loved our stay here!

Location, location, location!

This is our 2nd year staying at 57 this house. We stay here for the ideal location near Mayflower Beach. It is so nice to be able to walk back and forth when more snacks and drinks are needed! Definitely needs some interior updates but the location is perfect.

Great location!

The location across the street from Mayflower beach provided the perfect backdrop for our vacation. The house was clean and the property manager very responsive. The outside patio and porch were good places to relax at the end of the day.

Great location across from beautiful Mayflower beach

We totally enjoyed this beach house! It has many extras including an outdoor shower, screened-in porch and gas firepit. It was great for a family with little ones since the beach is essentially across the street. The property manager and owner were very responsive to our needs. It’s a very comfortable place but could use some updates -particularly the bathrooms. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and we are planning on returning next year.

Wonderful location, common space a bit tight

We loved the location, short walk to a remarkable bayside beach. That beach has sand and tidal flats and is a short walk to a marshy area with many birds. The home housed all 11 adults and 3 babies in our family gathering Only minor drawback is that the living room was a bit small for the entire group at once. Same with the dining room, tho honestly, with all of us coming and going, that did not present a problem. We highly recommend this property and the agency that manages it.

Perfect beach house

This rental experience was seamless, from contracting to departure. My family particularly enjoyed the easy access to long walks on Mayflower Beach and the evening talks around the firepit at the house. Great for our purposes -a simple family get-together in a place that felt like a comfortable family home.

Dennis Beach House 22

This was our second year staying at this property. It is the perfect place for our family because of the location (we are beach people). The walking distance to the beach allowed my daughter with young children to go back to the house so the littles could nap and come back to rejoin the rest of us. The house had everything we needed to make the time enjoyable. The owner is very responsive if you have a problem. Check-in is easy and the place is very clean. We hope we can do this again next year.
