Three adult friends rented this property for 5 days in order to hike the trails around Sedona. We were all very happy with the choice. The house was spotless and spacious, the kitchen and pantry were very well stocked. Thank you for leaving a few rolls of paper towels, some aluminum foil, ziploc bags, dishwasher soap, etc.- all those little things that you need just a bit of but normally have to go to the grocery to get. All the appliances were in good working order. The owner was very conscientious about ensuring that we had the entry information. The location keeps you out of the crowds at Sedona, but is close enough that you can easily drive into town (20 min with beautiful scenery on the way) if you want. We rarely did that, as Oak Creek Village had all we needed in terms of stores, restaurants, and groceries. The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, and a huge number of terrific trails are accessible with less than a 30 min drive (some are just a few minutes away). VERY minor issues (which didn't affect our 5 star rating): one of the chairs on the back patio has a loose seat and you can take a tumble if you sit on it, and as we arrived after dark the house was a bit challenging to find. It sits back a bit and was hidden by some hedges, so we wandered around the neighboring house for a minute or two before finding it. Overall, a wonderful property and we highly recommend it.
