It had it all!

Conveniently located 537A near the parking structure. So easy in and out The elevator was close so not far to get to ground level. Restaurants and bars were walking distance and the beach and amenities were all right there!

Canadian Seniors

We loved the unit and the entire area as this was our first time there. We especially loved the view of the pool and courtyard, the huge deck for relaxing, the heated pool, and of course the beautiful beach! We loved being able to walk on the beach to the pier and enjoy time at the restaurant there. Will definitely stay again in future! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Location

The property was excellent if you are looking for both beach and pool access. Our family was able to just walk down the beach for food/entertainment. Tufan was great to work with. There was an issue with fridge before we arrived Tufan made us aware right away had something already in place and the problem resolved the very next day. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great family vacation!

We had a great experience! Everything was as described and the room was conveniently located to the beach, pool and other amenities. The location was great with plenty to do around the property. Excellent communication from the host with plenty of detail and information for our stay. I would highly recommend this stay!

Great family condo

This was the rare case where the property was better than the listing pictures. It was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was clean. The deck was great with the sliding doors. Wifi and beach chairs were included.

Nice weeks break

Check in was flawless, arrived at Condo to find it cleaned and ready, used keypad access code, we were all set. Appartment lovely and clean with everything we needed for our stay. Only thing lacking was a night light, so bring one with you

Amazing Place

Fantastic family vacation

Perfect winter getaway

Great place

Everything was so well thought out! From little details such as makeup remover wipes in the restroom, a full list of recommendations, to a bunk bed where the bottom was a floor bed (perfect for my toddler that I assumed was going to just sleep with us)! Very clean and well maintained. Would definitely come back!

Fabulous condo and grounds. Beach is beautiful

Fantastic condo with 2 baths and all the comforts of home. Variety of pools and hot tubs and lazy river. At night we enjoyed watching a movie by the pool. All this and on the beach as well! Loved sitting on the balconies. Reasonable prices especially for on the beach. Would highly recommend. Great location as well.

Excellent Stay

This was our first time renting a condo and we are completely satisfied! The unit was exactly as described. Loved the fact that there was a washer/dryer and all the other comforts of home. The beach was amazing and the sand was so soft. We enjoyed the many different pools at the resort. Loved the fact that it is located in a quieter area and everything we wanted to do was just a short drive - within 5-10 miles. We more than likely will return again!

Great unit, great owner

Titan does a wonderful job of communicating with his guests. Everything you need to know is provided well in advance. A528 is decorated well, comfortable, and it’s easy to access everything on the resort. Loved it!

We love beach vacations. Growing up in Cyprus, I used to think that no beach is better than the salty waters of Mediterranean and our sandy beaches are the best. Then I saw turquoise waters and sugary white beaches of Destin, Florida and fell in love at first sight. This is the reason we bought beach condos in Destin. We visit regularly as a family and rent them ourselves. We have a total of 6 units at Waterscape Resort. Pelican Beach Resort, Majestic Sun at Seascape Resort and Luau & Bahia at Sandestin Resort are our other locations. They are all by the beach and are updated. You can expect same great service and same attention to detail for all our condos in the area.

Waterscape Resort is one of the newest Resorts in the Destin area. It has many amenities and is loved with all families. The unit is at a preferred floor with courtyard view from the balcony, it also has courtyard facing bedroom with a large balcony. It is the right size with new flooring and custom bunk beds. Stainless Steel appliances and everything you would need for a comfortable family vacation. Waterscape Resort has lazy river, pools and many amenities at the Resort. You would not want to leave the Resort!
