The Space:

This condo is the perfect getaway to Fort Walton Beach! Enjoy a tropical garden and oasis with an expansive pool close to the pristine beach! Your retreat features an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. Decorated in tropical blues and earthy brown tones, this condo is beautiful and well equipped with many amenities. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The inviting dining area has a large table. This condo also offers a unique built-in bunk area for extra accommodations. A stackable washer/dryer is included for your convenience.



Things to know

Beach service is included from March to October.

No trailers, RVs, boats, trailers, jet skis, or personal watercraft are allowed to be parked on the premises. Violators will be towed.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Amazing resort

We loved our stay at Waterscape. The room is right inside from the splash pad area, which was perfect for us. We had no trouble finding a set of beach or pool chairs each day. The pools and beach area were beautiful. We’d love to come back again!

We hung out at the beach, explored different parts of the pool areas on different days, ventured out to try a few restaurants & fishing.

Even better this time

This was our 2nd time staying at the Waterscape resort and it was even better than the first time. We love the family atmosphere. The rooms are very clean and well designed. Love rhe location as well.

Great for a family of 5!

We had several important requirements for our stay in FL. On the beach? Yes (2nd floor, short walk to the pool, over the ramp & on the beach). Nice pools for the kids? Yes (several to choose from including a couple of hot tubs). Clean? Very. Not just the room but the whole place. Additionally the unit is very close to an elevator and a trash shoot. GREAT big shower in the master bedroom. Big shower in the other. Coffee pots, toasters, etc. Down a nice street with not much traffic. Rode bicycles to a Veteran's Park. Good places to eat (although a bit pricey, even the local pizza). Surf shops within walking distance. 12 year old twins and parents had a great time.

Not very clean

We were moved to a different condo during our stay. The floors and furniture were dirty and worn. We didn’t dare sit on the balcony because of dirty and terribly worn furniture The 2nd condo seemed better until we got into it, then we noticed the dusty, dirty floors and soiled furniture. We covered the living room furniture with bedspreads, bought some cleaning supplies and mopped our own floors. This was supposed to be a clean unit. The positive is that we were able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view of the Gulf and pool.
