Nice condo, but lots of reasons to make me not want to return
Condo was nice overall, short walk to the beach, but there are a few cons that make me say I would not stay here again. 1st issue: Frustrated with a new policy that was not included in the rental agreement - you must pay for parking. If I know on the front end, then no complaints, but don't add extra charges after I arrive and tell me it falls under "additional charges may apply." The rental company and management company pointed fingers at who would handle this matter. 2nd issue: we had a roach visit us the last two nights - finally was able to kill it, but gross! 3rd issue: slooooow elevators and not enough of them for the number of units - people (other vacationers) were downright rude about it. 4th issue: beach service allowed other people to place umbrellas right in front of you - most beach service companies I have rented from have not allowed this. Generally if you pay the price that you pay for beach service you would think they would get you premium spots to allow you a clear view of your children playing in the sand and water. Instead they place the umbrellas back so far that it allows enough space for private umbrella owners to camp out in front of you. We will keep driving down the coast for these reasons in the future.
