Great amenities!

We had 3 families all with young kids 1-5 years old (6 adults, 6 kids). The place was very clean, had everything we needed to cook each day and the amenities were fantastic! We had lots of plans, but ended up mostly staying at the condo to swim, float the lazy river, eat lunch by the pool, etc. We did have an unfortunate incident off site where the women were attacked. We got back to the condo, talked to security to be sure nobody could get in if we were followed. SECURITY WAS INCREDIBLE!! They came by to check on us later that night and assured us that nobody was coming in unauthorized, lots of cameras and they checked with the police department to make sure the cops were on top of it as well. It was a great stay and we all enjoyed ourselves!

Great property and beautiful unit. Kids loved all the pools and beautiful views from the large balcony as well as an easy walk to the beach. More pros: clean, lots of living room space for a big family and appreciated having an extra ice maker & wet bar, also nice to have the extra hallway bathroom aside from attached bathrooms on each room. Cons: no additional kitchen items available aside from basic cook ware (not even salt and pepper) so bring/buy literally everything you'd need, elevators can be crowded and take awhile to get one especially if you have a large beach/luggage load to carry, and note there are only 2 parking spaces available for this complex despite having 3-4 bedroom units here- but it isn't hard to find a spot to park.

Oasis is the place to stay

Our condo was perfect. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We also wanted to extend our stay and it was easy and available. We will stay again.

Family vacation

It was a good stay the place wasn’t that clean! Under the main bedroom I saw broken glass that never got cleaned up, floors had a lot of sand on them, and the table along with the side tables was not clean! The walk in showers need to be more women friendly like for shaving legs and holding products (hair care, body wash, shaving cream, etc.) other then that it was absolutely perfect! Just a few things i noticed when i was staying!

Favorite location/resort

We have been to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach four times now and this has been my favorite resort. They have multiple locations of hot tub, indoor sauna and indoor pools located right on the beach. One minute walk to the beach can’t beat that…other locations on the beach it’s a four /five minute walk to get to the ocean.

Awesome condo

We loved it! The view with the huge windows was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The boys loved the pickleball court and we all enjoyed the lazy river. We will stay here again!

Great Family Place

Overall, we love this location! Great amenities, excellent size and space! Gorgeous views! Unit was just like pictured! So much space and so much to do nearby! Clean and on the 20th floor!! Things you should know about the unit (not bad but worth knowing!) if you have a family-bring games- this unit did not have any (some do) and the puzzles are missing lots of pieces! The beds have sleeping for so many as listed, but the mattresses do need updating so if you have a bad back, beware! Not a lot of dresser space- but a lot of closet space and some cabinets in bathrooms! If I were to do again I would probably pack kids in plastic bins or bring hangers!!

Great Family Vacay

We loved this property. This was our first family vacation without helpers (my husband and I with our 3 kiddos 5 and under). Things that made a difference: buggies for our stuff, multiple elevators that were FAST, many bathrooms, tvs that had access to Netflix and Disney, and indoor/outdoor pools. It was located in an area that had great access to good food and activities. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the splash pad wasn’t available, and we didn’t realize it wouldn’t be usable. Our ice maker quit working and was leaking through the wall. They were quick to respond and got it fixed the night before we left (but it didn’t cause any issues for us). The space was HUGE and much more than we truly needed, but it was nice to spread out. We had PLENTY of towels and washcloths. My 5 year old’s faves “the balcony”. 4 year old’s faves “the pool. Everything!” 3 month old’s fave “my mama and me got a big bed to ourselves!” Ha! Husband’s remarks “I loved how spacious the condo was. I did not like that I was fined $150 because I didn’t put the parking pass on my car soon enough.” Overall, would 10/10 stay here again!!

Spring Break

Very spacious and the 4 bathrooms were a plus. Picked the wrong week as it was over crowded and elevators were a challenge with long wait times and some not working. Parking is expensive at $45 per pass. Recommend having more blankets it ended up being cold. Probably will not choose a high rise again.

Family/friends getaway 2023

The view was beautiful, out lay of the condo was nice. Loved the beach and lazy River. Amenities are very nice on the property. Desk staff was friendly. Parking is convenient and the shopping carts and luggage carriers were extremely useful. The microwave in our unit was clean and the appliances worked well despite the dishwasher. However, we were disappointed to find that the dishwasher was moldy, so we didn’t use it. We washed our dishes by hand since a lot was dirty in the cabinets. Not sure who your cleaning company is but this place wasn’t cleaned. Floors dirty , dishes not cleaned, refrigerated not cleaned. For example, we all had to wash our feet before climbing into bed with the white sheets. These issues were the only part of our stay that was disappointing. We want to let you know, so you can correct the situation for future guests. All things considered, we would consider a return visit. Best wishes, The Richardson Family

Great location and facility but condo needs upgrading

The check-in process including the security and parking were a breeze. Tons of carts to get your stuff to the room. We loved the beachfront and the pools and lazy river. However this condo needs a thorough cleaning. The floor was sandy and one of the beds were as well. The living room furniture is worn out and the couch is full of sand too. The best furniture is the balcony furniture. The kitchen cookware was nasty and some of the skillets need to be thrown away. All the dishes were either greasy or dirty. The skillets and pans that weren’t trash worthy had to be scrubbed. We were grateful that we didn’t book this for an entire week and that it was a long weekend. We will definitely use this complex again—just not this condo. It wasn’t worth the hassle to cal about all this because our stay was limited. Updates would make this 5 star every time!

Phoenix West II is a great beach front resort in Orange Beach, AL! You don't want to miss an opportunity to stay at this luxury Orange Beach rental. This over-sized condo has a King in the Master, a King in Guest bedroom 1, 2 Queens in Guest bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa with 1 twin sleeper chair in the living room, which helps accommodate 12 guests. Flat screen TV's in all Bedrooms and in the living room. There is tile throughout the condo, solid wood cabinetry, a private bathroom per bedroom, satellite cable service, lightning fast wireless Internet, a large open design kitchen with full stainless steel appliance package, wet bar, 300 square foot balcony, state-of-the-art air conditioning and hot water systems, washer and dryer, and much more!
Complex amenities include a massive Gulf front lazy river, a Gulf front outdoor pool, a huge indoor pool, children's pool, tennis courts, BBQ area with grills, hot tubs, saunas, multi-level exercise rooms with high quality equipment, all covered parking, gated with full time security, plus more!
