Great condo with an awesome view

The unit was very clean and beachy. It was furnished nicely with comfortable furniture and beds. It was furnished with everything we needed. Great location and an awesome view of the pond and ducks from the balcony. They accommodated our dog and we will definitely look forward to staying here again!

Great

We have stayed here 3 times and have really enjoyed our stay!! The location is amazing and pool access is just steps away. Owner kept us informed of anything happening and only 1 problem with air and the problem was taken care of with no delays. We will be staying here again!

Perfect Mini Getaway

The communication with the owner is the best I’ve ever experienced. I was heading down a couple days after hurricane Idalia. Kathy stayed in constant communication to let me know if there were any damages or power outages. Luckily there wasn’t. This condo was so easy to get to and in the perfect location. The cleanliness condo I’ve ever seen and so nicely decorated. You immediately feel at home. Although we didn’t do any cooking the kitchen is very well stocked. Bathrooms had lots of extra towels if needed. There was even extra blankets and pillows if needed. Everything was just perfect. My daughter and I had a great weekend and already planning to come by in a couple months. Thanks for letting us call your condo home while we were there.

Nice condo unit with lots of amenities

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had enough space for our family of four. We enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the pond view. We also enjoyed the many amenities the property had to offer - pool, swings, playground, etc. Location was great as it's a 15 minute walk to the village with lots of restaurants and shops.

Wonderful location!

Loved the property and St. Simons! This was our first trip to the island and this condo was the perfect location. Walking distance to the village and great restaurants. Beautiful condo with everything you would need for a great vacation.

Nice area

The property was as pictured and described. It was peaceful, quiet, close enough to the beach, pier, lighthouse, and village. With us celebrating our 40th anniversary, proximity with quiet was what we were seeking. The condo itself was clean, and was also quiet. Our only complaint was the living room furniture was uncomfortable. The seat and back cushions didn’t provide much support at all, neither my wife or I could get comfortable on the sofa or loveseat. With that being the only reclining/relaxing area available, other than the beds, it was frustrating not to be able to relax, watch TV, or read comfortably.

Great location, clean, great communication

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great location with a nice view from the balcony. We loved spending time at the pool during the evenings. There were several kids on property that our son enjoyed playing with. The workout room on property was not clean and the equipment didn't work properly, but not the owner's fault. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice Spot on St. Simons

We were fortunate when a week became available at the end of March. The property as a whole is very nice and this unit is located at a perfect spot facing the pond in a quiet area. Top floor with great deck. Very clean and has everything you need when away from home! Close to beaches and downtown pier for dinner and shopping! Our chihuahua Victor had a great time making friends on the beach! Kathleen made sure we secured our reservation when the app was a bit slow that day. Thank you for a really nice vacation!

Great Spot

Very nice unit. Had everything we needed. Very quiet and peaceful! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony over looking duck pond. Easy walk/bike ride to shops in town and close to restaurants. Added bonus was bagpipes show in parking lot on St Patty’s day. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent property

Thanks Kathleen. The condo was the perfect size for two couples. Clean, well stocked with blankets, linens and towels. Easy walk to numerous restaurants. George (property manager) was attentive without being intrusive. Pickle ball was fun and the duck pond just added to the experience! We had a great stay.

Excellent location in quiet area

The condo is near the back of a quiet complex and overlooks the lovely duck pond. The condo is very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Very good quality appliances, cookware and dishes. I wish there was standard glassware instead of all the plastic cups. There are only 4 butter knives, though plenty of other flatware. I wish the bedrooms had room darkening curtains because the streetlight outside is very bright and the shades are thin. We didn't need to use A/C, but the furnace is very loud. Another VRBO renter complained of the same problem in their nearby unit; they said it's a heat pump, not a furnace. In preparing for our trip, the owners always responded quickly and thoroughly to all our emailed questions. Overall, we found this condo to be a pleasant base for a relaxing escape.

Relaxing and Beautiful

This was a beautiful place, very clean and well decorated. Many thanks to Kathy for her open communication and to George, property manager, for helping us while at the location. It was so relaxing and quiet and peaceful. The condo had everything we needed and as advertised. We felt very comfortable and "right at home". St. Simon's was a very friendly town. We certainly enjoyed our much needed getaway.Thank Kathy and George for helping to make our weekend so enjoyable.

Outstanding Accommodation

This property not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. The property itself was very "user friendly" and included everything I needed for a home away from home. It was in a great location as well. It's just minutes away from restaurants, the pier, the beach, and the grocery store. It is very well maintained and the complex is quiet to ensure a good nights rest.

PERFECT!!

The TeeBox was perfect for our Anniversary trip to Saint Simons. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Kathy and Mike did a wonderful job decorating and making sure renters would have everything they needed. They were also very sweet in remembering it was our anniversary. Cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in and is at a convenient location!

It was a speedy process. Everything advertised about the condo and resort were true! Would consider returning to same condo.

Mike and I are Georgia natives but we've traveled the world. We considered a lot of locations before settling on our Tee Box unit in 2019. We love coastal Georgia, golf, good restaurants, good music and of course a good time. We currently live in Central Georgia and hope to one day make St. Simons our permanent home.

We looked for several months at coastal properties in Gulf Shores, Panama City, Orange Beach, Biloxi and of course St. Simons. We have been regular visitors for many years and kept getting drawn back to properties here. We have made friends here and you will too even if you only have time to stay a long weekend. It's just that much fun. We can help you find cool things to do while you are here.

We are so convenient to everything on the island and affordable. The balcony is covered and the island breeze combined with the pond just puts you in relax mode. Who doesn't like a backyard pool? One of two complex pools is just steps away from your door, as well as tennis courts and certainly the duck pond so bring your fishing pole.
The updated fixtures, finishes and appliances are very well done and the perfect complement to a perfect location on St. Simons. You will be welcomed with a little gift from us and hope you will check in on our facebook page!
