Water View - optional BIKES - Walk 2 Pier Village

Newly renovated 2 bedroom condo has the best balcony view. U will enjoy the south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 the pier, shops, & restaurants. Walk to live music! Master has a King, Queen in guest room, & the living room has sleeper sofa. Unit comes w/ furnishings & BUSINESS CLASS WIFI. Access to tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated) laundry facilities (coin operated). Add bikes usage for your entire stay for additional fee. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. CONTACT ME for all listings.

Optional Fees (Contact me after confirmed booking):
*2pm EST check in: $20
*12pm EST check out: $20
*Usage of Bikes during your entire trip: $10/bike.
*Change your reservation dates: $20 (This is at the discretion of the owners and is not guaranteed).

Price Includes per stay:
6 Bath Towels
6 Wash Cloths
1 Roll of Toilet Paper (per bathroom)
6 Starter Coffee Pods

If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.

We had a great stay! The check-in process was super easy, and the host provided so much helpful information about the property, which made everything really simple. They were also very accommodating since we were traveling with our little ones and even gave us the option to check in early, which we really appreciated!The place was very clean and had plenty of towels and cookware, which was a big plus for us because we love to cook. The location was also amazing — literally minutes from basically everything.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great view of the pond. So peaceful in the mornings with shaded balcony and a cup of coffee. Great location. Nice pool with warm shower for kids.

The unit was clean and well maintained. Location was excellent - right on the edge of the pond in Ocean Walk and within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops in Pier Village.

Ducks swimming in the pond. A constant source of entertainment.

Wonderful place for a family! Super clean, great ammendities, awesome location, for an older building the renovations are nicely done! Great communication from the host. We didnt not experience any problems. With school age kids, we had all we need and my kids loved the pond, clubhouse and esp the pool. Sitting on the balcony or family room was a favorite to watch the ducks and turtles.
