High quality accomodation.

We booked this stay as part of a multi stop trip in France, 2 adults and 2 pre teen children. Often pictures don't deliver when you arrive at accommodation, (it certainly didn't with our first nights stop in Geneva). This apartment lives up to the pictures and more. Great booking experience and communication with the owner even on the night of arrival ensuring we found it ok. The entrance is round the back of a larger house but the owner emailed a diagram to assist. On entrance the apartment looks great, with the main room consisting of a large lounge area with 2 quality leather sofas, coffee table and large flat screen TV in a builtin wall unit. As it's a 1 bed we expected the sofas to be sofa beds, however there is a fold down double bed from the wall unit which was an added bonus. High quality bed and comfy so the kids loved it. The kitchen area has everything you need and more with built in appliances and dining table. Also all pans, plates, glasses etc you could want. No standard dish with some tea and coffee sachets, instead a coffee machine with pods supplied including hot chocolate for the kids. The toilet is off the lounge area and is compact but well finished. The bedroom is located off the main room with sliding doors and curtains to close it off from the rest of the apartment. Large built in wardrobes and desk/chair. Double comfy bed and furnishings. Off the bedroom is an open plan bathroom area with large sink area and large walkin shower. Outside there is room for the car and some seating in a small garden area. The town of Thones is small but well catered for with shops for your supplies and gives the impression of being very clean, safe and welcoming on the evening we had a walk around late on. We used it as a base to explore Annecy which is about 20mins drive away and stayed for 3 days. Only downside of our stay was we should have stayed for a week. Absolutely nothing negative to say about the apartment, cost or whole experience of our stay and would definitely stay there again if we visit the area.

Légèrement déçue

Intérieur de la location parfait tant pour la décoration, le confort et la propreté. Mais l'extérieur est un peu différent de la photo sur le site, fenêtres du bâtiment voisin donnant directement sur le 'jardin', garages sur l'accès à la location, pas de table de jardin et les 2 chaises abimées pourraient être remplacées par des neuves.

Appartement très bien équipé, superbe déco, parfait pour un séjour agréable. Proche du centre mais au calme et une literie au top ! Une très bonne adresse pour rayonner dans cette superbe région !

Ne cherchez plus autre chose

Nous venons de louer cet appartement pour une nuit seulement, à notre grand désespoir, nous aurions bien voulus poursuivre celui-ci. Ce logement est top, tout y est pour passer un séjour agréable. Fait avec goût et de qualité, décoration soignée, appartement très fonctionnel, Mme Tardy est une personne agréable et arrangeante. Bref, ne vous posez plus de questions, foncez

Appartement genial

A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par la proprietaire, tres bon accueil. Appartement très fonctionnel, tout est présent pour vivre comme chez soi. Appartement propre de fond en comble. Situé a 100m du centre ville. Pas besoin de voiture pour se ballader dans thones. Tout est au pied de l’appartement.

A cozy, relaxing retreat after the slopes.

Veronique and family provided a very comfortable, nicely resourced apartment well situated for the nearby resorts of La Clusaz and la Grand Bornand. Plenty of room for a family of four or 4 adults, the beds were excellent and the kitchen facilities very good. The only slight flaws were the kitchen bin catching on the door, the toilet room getting a bit damp and it can get stuffy at night so you need to find a balance between the great heaters and having the windows ajar. The TV was great and we used Netflix a lot. Overall, a good value, modern apartment with a helpful relaxed host.
