This property is a beautiful spot! It was so peaceful and no traffic anywhere. The house has a master bedroom with a king size bed and sofa, that makes out into a single bed. The second two rooms are more like loft areas. One has twin bunk beds and the upstairs has a queen bed. There are three more couches in the house, but they do not pull out to make beds. Their is a private pond on the property right outside the house where we caught catfish and white perch, all of which we returned back to the pond. That was fun! We also brought our ATV and rode out to the Wilderness Rider Buffalo Ranch & Adventure Park! It’s $30 per ATV plus $10 per rider. It’s beautiful and we rode for 7 hours and still didn’t get to explore everything. The downfall to this property is that there is only 500 gallons of water to use unless it rains which makes large groups have to REALLY conserve, the windows don’t have curtains so if you sleep in -tough luck because daylight is coming for ya! Lastly, there are stairs to all the bedrooms and the top bedroom with the queen bed is hot. This cabin is down a dirt rode, 11 miles, and could use a sign at the road turning in for folks who are unfamiliar. One of our vehicles went straight to the road, the other pinned a mile past it. I also recommend a large outside garbage canister if renting out for the owner to pick up. We had lots of garbage after cooking with our group for four days. All in all, this was a beautiful hippie home and we enjoyed our stay so much we are thinking of coming back again soon! Thank you for offering your “Hippie House” to us!
