Perfect Indian Wells stay

Gorgeous property conveniently located a short drive from the tennis grounds. Wonderful amenities though we didn’t use them much as we spent so much time spectating at the tournament.

Great location if you swim

It is a great location. The place could use a handyman to fix all the little things that are broken….it was an odd layout…looks like it was two hotel rooms joined together. There is No garage that is useable and no designated parking spot. Frying pans and other things are very old. I’m sure when it was begun as a rental it was wonderful but it seems to be unkempt now.

Wonderful Stay

This property was perfect for our stay. Location is perfect, about 4 minutes drive to downtown La Quinta. Very clean, with all the amenities to make stay very comfortable. The community is super quiet, very relaxing and so pretty. Excellent communication with host. Thank you for a great stay! Hoping to be back!

Great Location, Beautifully Furnished

This is hands down the best 2 master bedroom condo we’ve reserved in the Legacy Villas! It’s beautifully furnished with everything you need for a short vacation including: pots, pans, cutlery, bowls, and more to cook at home, toiletries, and pool towels,. It’s also perfectly located within in the Legacy Villas and in La Quinta. Within the Legacy Villas the condo is located facing the main pool, gym, and Legacy Grill. But don’t let the proximity to the pool deter you! The insulation makes it relatively sound proof from other vacationers enjoying all the poop has to offer. Within La Quinta, the condo is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. It’s only 1,5 miles from downtown La Quinta. Alana was a great host and quick to respond. She also provided the number of another person to contact in the event Alana wasn’t available. Thanks Alana! We’re already planning to book again next year.

Excellent Property!

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. The pictures are exactly as the unit looks in person and is well equipped for everything you need. We appreciated the extras like laundry soap and paper towel. It is very spacious and is located on the main pool. There are at least 10 pools at this resort and they all have hot tubs so you could choose from many different pools each day. The location is a short 5 minute drive to La Quinta and is set amongst the majestic mountains which are beautiful. Alana was very responsive with all communication. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was terrific. Centrally located to shopping and dining. The condo location was excellent. East access to the BBC pool and hot tub. Nice areas for morning walks.

We want to come every year!

The location was amazing, well-maintained, awesome heated pools. The unit was exactly as described with super comfy beds and the details in the kitchen such as coffee, filters, etc. made our experience so awesome. This unit is so close to the main pool, I could work on the patio while the kids went to the pool!

Enjoyed the Location

We’ve stayed at Legacy Villas multiple times now. This was our first time staying in a unit facing the main pool. We enjoyed being so close for the short commute, and being able to sit on the patio while our kids napped. It wasn’t busy during the time we were there, so it was peaceful. The unit is much bigger than expected, so I’m glad we brought a baby monitor since our 1 year old and 4 year old stayed in the other room. I do wish there were dressers, since we stayed for almost a week. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful Place

Alana was very helpful and gracious. The house was well stocked with soaps, shampoos, etc. The resort community is beautiful! Very quiet, peaceful, well maintained. Loved the outdoor fireplaces, hammock garden, pools, etc. Great area! Will visit again.

Wonderful week in La Quinta

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in La Quinta. The villa was very spacious and clean, and was very well presented. We enjoyed the great location of the villa by the main pool as well as the beautiful setting of the whole complex. The whole experience could not have been any easier for us. Our only disappointment was that we only stayed for one week. We will definitely come back and stay again.

Amazing Property

From the moment we first arrived at the property it was just amazing, very clean and decorated very nicely, everything was there that we needed and the location was perfect. We stayed here and attended a beautiful wedding. We loved that the property was on a main floor and right outside the main pool, we have 2 young children that spent their days in the pool. Property was clean and property manager was attentive. Unit is adjacent to the main pool, and very noisy- lots of screaming children. There were no basic amenities. One piece of Kleenex on each Kleenex container, three brown chunks of dishwasher detergent, no tablet or writing paper, small plastic bags, but nothing more. Old crusty salt & pepper, and two rolls of TP, and only one wine glass. Only basic TV channels and remote needed batteries. The showers were the worst! Broad needle-like spray the made rinsing shampoo very difficult. Sleep was almost impossible. The beds were soft but have mattresses that retain and accumulate heat. The unit was nicely decorated, but we have stayed in less pretty places that were far more comfortable.

Very clean nice place and beautiful property. A little far if you’re planning to be in Palm Springs much. Lots of hiking relatively close and the pools are beautiful.

Lovely villa!

We had a wonderful stay in this two bedroom villa. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was right next to the main pools. Everything was perfect and Alana is an excellent host!

Amazing place

LOVED everything about this condo! My sister and I came for some R&R and it was fabulous! Alana is an great host, very responsive, accommodating and keeps a beautiful house. The beds were really comfy and the decor is beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous and we love that there are so many pools here. Especially during covid it's great to be able to just move right along to another pool if one has someone else at it (we never saw a pool have more than one group at a time except just a couple at the big pool). Overall, I'd totally recommend!

What a GEM!

Check in was a breeze. Property was clean with easy to clean surfaces (very important during COVID times). We loved the decor in the home. The pool was just steps away. Had an minor issue with a door. Management responded quickly and got it resolved. Would love to come back for another stay!

I am from a small town in Northern Saskatchewan, Canada. I have been in property management for over 10 years now, managing around 70 of our family owned properties, mostly located in our home town of Meadow Lake. We recently bought a house in La Quinta and love spending time there. We loved it so much that we purchased two more rental properties in Legacy Villas, La Quinta. We are more then happy to share these properties with you, and your loved ones to make them your home away from home!

My daughters, husband, and I love to travel, explore new places, hike, camp, ski, pretty much anything outdoors including swimming, whether is be in a pool, lake or ocean.
