Great Stay

We had a lovely at this apartment - it was perfectly located right on the high street, great terrace. The split level makes it nicely zoned and all was very comfortable.

Perfect

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it was just as wonderful as the last. Fred is super helpful and the location is just perfect. Great skiing holiday once again.

Wonderful

We had a great stay, ski in, ski out. Perfect for the kids. Really easy access. Made our holiday so much easier. Fred was helpful and answered questions etc We will definitely stay again.

Everything you need.

A well equipped apartment with good living space. The bedrooms were a bit small particularly the double room. The apartment was far too hot both for sleeping and getting ski gear on in the morning. There is no way to adjust the temperature. A kettle would be good. Good location.

Lovely central apartment with fabulous view.

My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful 4 days in Avoriaz in January. We booked late and Frederic was able to accommodate our short stay. The apartment is lovely, exactly as described and is in a very central location. Being on the 7th floor (with lift), the views are fabulous. It is very comfortable and clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. Bed linen was in the apartment when we arrived. The apartment is ski in- ski out and has a supermarket, tourist information and lift pass offices opposite. There are many restaurants and bars in the area. All communication was answered promptly and key pick up was easy. We would definitely rent from Frederic again.

Es un apartamento pequeño en el centro de Avoriaz. Ideal para una pareja con hijos. Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión. En definitiva todo perfecto para disfrutar del paraíso del esquí.

Great location

The apartment is in a great location in the centre of the village with supermarket across the road & lots of shops, restaurants, and ski hire right on your doorstep. It is ski in ski out which is a huge bonus. The kitchen is well kitted out and functional. The terrace gets the afternoon sun and has great views over the village. Would highly recommend. Thanks Frederic for your communication before and during our stay.

Parfait en plein centre

Appartement idéalement placé au intrets , en plein centre , face patinoire . Au 7 eme étage , très lumineux , bien isolé , calme et surtout très agréable sejour : bien décoré et cocooning . On a adoré. Le meilleur appartement que nous avons fait à avoriaz. Et le propriétaire est tres disponible . Au top ! On recommande .

Emplacement idéal pour cet appartement conforme au descriptif. Situé au 7ème étage, l'appartement est calme et tous les commerces sont à proximité. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

Very nice week with friends

The location is in the middle of the centre and has a carrefour very close. This made it so easy for me and my friends. We were able to enjoy the skiing to the fullest with the ski locker and made nice meals in the evening! Lovely apartment and very friendly owner!

Très bon séjour!

Super emplacement et agencement de l’appartement. Fait pour 2 adultes et 2 petits enfants si l’on ne veut pas utiliser le canapé lit du salon.
