Oceanfront Condominium great for Small Groups! Pool, Beach Access, Fitness Center

This gorgeous one-bedroom, one-bath condominium, offered by Hodnett Cooper, is located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, and business center. All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club #134 has been completely remodeled to include a new kitchen, baths, floors, and furnishings. Very nice Coastal Living decor! Beach Club #134 also features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Hidden Gem

Enjoyed our stay. This is a hidden gem! Nice pool then walking just a short walk to the beach made our time relaxing without the hustle and bustle.

Nice place

The place was nice and close to the beach. Very Minimal in cooking utensils and bring a crock pot if you want to use one. We don’t eat out much and the kitchen met our needs. Management company was very communicative and we easily got guest passes for our family who were there in a different location. Would stay there again.

Beautiful

The room was super clean and nice! The pool and hot tubs were great! It was a bit of a walk to get to the beach but the beach was very nice!! Had a great time!!

Lovely Quiet Beachfront Accommodation

The beach front property was very nice. We enjoyed our quiet and comfortable stay. They have a lovely courtyard. Beach access was easy, but further away than we expected. Because we drive a large F-150 truck we had to park in the circle as it was a bit tight when we parked underneath in the garage the first night. We have already discussed possible returning here in the future.

Nice place great location

Place was clean and secure but somewhat dated and tired. The location was great. Close to restaurants, golf courses and village area. You need a car here to get around though. There were zero amenities ie beyond soap and a couple of dishwasher tabs there was nothing , not even a salt shaker so be prepared to bring what you need including toilet paper ( there were 2 rolls for an 11 night stay). Price was reasonable

Great little condo

Our stay at The Beach Club was marvelous. The room was tidy. The kitchen was clean. It was nice and roomy for a one bedroom condo. The facility was right on the beach. The amenities of the facility were beautiful. Lovely pool, relaxing hot tubs. Fabulous parking. You have a short drive to the lighthouse area. This was a fabulous stay.

Unit needs updating. The sofa old and uncomfortable. Wicker chair no back cushions couldn’t sit in.

Place is good. Our coffee pot broke and they got another one for us. The unit furniture needs replacing.

Lovely location

I absolutely love Saint Simons club. This unit could really use some updating. The sofa needs to be replaced, as the sleeper sofa has springs missing on both the top and bottom and could be a hazard. They also need to update the kitchen with more cooking supplies and utensils. The kitchen was very spares. The location was amazing and we will be back to Saint Simons soon.

Great Last Minute Booking

We booked this the day before we arrived and the management company went above and beyond helping us get into the unit. There was some updates being done to the outside of the building so every thing was very dusty outside. But they warned us of this beforehand and it really wasn't too much of a bother. The location was great and we were very comfortable during our stay.

Ocean view condo

We love The Beach House . This condo was super clean but a bit out dated. The condo was not very well stocked. I had to buy a hair dryer, and a few other common items. There is no blender. The outside sitting area is lacking - one chair seat was completely broken out.

Not as described

The description said it had been updated but I didn't see any updates. The sofa was stained. If the mattress had been updated it was very hard so not so good for sleeping. I have not packed a hair dryer in many years but there was not one in the condo. Also the ac stopped working twice and maintenance had to come fix. Despite this we enjoyed our trip. It was a nice complex.

Clean and comfortable, on the beach.

The unit was clean and comfortable. The beach is just a short walk from the unit. I give it four stars because of some maintenance issues. The towel ring in the bathroom fall apart the first day. The balcony screen door sticks and is hard to open. The screen was starting to disintegrate on the bottom. Likewise the balcony furniture was well worn. It just seems like they weren’t doing there best, only doing the minimum. The unit is managed by Hodnett-Copper. They want you to use their app for all communication. They will send you emails, but tell you responses are not monitored. I tried to email them both ways, but never got a response. These issues were not deal breakers, just annoyances. The location is great, very walkable, good restaurants a short walk and the central business district a little further.

BeachClub 134

This condo was immaculate. Everything we needed was in the unit. The pool, grounds and beach were perfect. Only Issue was the extremely tight parking in the parking garages. We had a bit of difficulty finding a space outside. We really like the property and will be back.
