Welcome to Beach Club 418! One of eight 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom condos at the Beach Club, unit 418 is ready to welcome you to your next St. Simons Island vacation! Newly updated decor with wonderful top-floor ocean views, unit 418 will become guests' go-to condo within the Beach Club. The living room features a large HD Smart TV with cable television service as well as streaming apps for guests to enjoy. Guests will have access to their own private balcony with direct views of the Atlantic Ocean. The fully equipped kitchen will allow guests to prepare all their meals and will provide dining space for six guests.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn. In the heart of the Beach Club, there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, a separate children's pool, and two secluded hot tubs. Additional amenities include private direct beach access, barbecue grills, a tennis court, a fitness and business center (open 5 am to 11 pm), and a community party room that can be reserved for an additional fee. Beach Club 418 features complimentary in-room high-speed internet service and offers a balcony view of the ocean. Please note, beginning mid-August, construction will begin to repair the damaged sloped barrel tile roofs around the upper perimeter of the Beach Club, as well as the Multi-Purpose Building and the front office roof. The Northern exterior parking near the Multi-Purpose Building will be closed for contractor staging. The Courtyard garage parking will be closed in sections for 2 weeks each during overhead work. Construction noise and activity are expected throughout the project, which will last approximately 2 months.

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival receive a 100% refund
• Cancellations made 14 to 29 days prior to arrival receive a 50% refund
