Hodnett Cooper is pleased to offer this two-bedroom, , two-bathroom condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club-the largest oceanfront condominium community on the island.

Professionally landscaped grounds feature stately oaks shadowing the gated entry, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the center of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large courtyard offering an oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, charcoal grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 309 is located on the ocean end, and offers beautiful ocean views from two balconies, the living room, guest bedroom, master bedroom, and dining area.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Nice little condo

Great location and beautiful views of the beach. My only complaints: Decor could use updating It is somewhat of a hike to actually get to the beach (you have to walk through a stretch of dunes, the trails flood over when it rains).

Great View and Nice Location

We enjoyed our stay, the condo's view, and the rental process. The condominium could use a good deep cleaning though. When we immediately walked in we saw multiple stains on the bedroom carpets that have been there for a while. The carpet should probably be updated and replaced.

Wish I could stay here annually

The orientation of this lovely condo, facing the ocean, was just perfect. The facility was clean and well-kept. The condo felt like home (even the seen-better-days coffee table was like sitting on my own house). Bed was gloriously comfy. The walk to the beach was fine - beachfront in St Simon’s isn’t 3 yards from the water - it’s more like 200 yds from leaving your door to dipping your toes in the water’s edge. Keep that in mind if you have anyone with limited mobility. Nice decor, TWO balconies (we only used the beachfront one, even though the other one had more comfy furniture). Not a single complaint. Loved it.

Location, view and room layout was very good; however the place was very dirty

We enjoyed the island experience and the complex is nicely located. This room is on the 3rd floor with a good ocean view. We were highly disappointed with how dirty the place was when we arrived. Specifically, both showers were dirty and moldy - nasty! The tile floors were very dirty with built up dirt and grime. The kitchen countertop was very nasty and had mold behind the sink. Overall we were disappointed with the condition of the room. We paid a premium rate and received a substandard room condition.

Great location

The condo was in a great location, easy access to the beach. Great views from the room and quiet. Unfortunately the bathrooms were not adequately cleaned - toothpaste in sinks and shower had trash in it and some unknown brown substance. The condo in general needs some general repairs and updating. The furniture was very worn. We had a great time despite the negatives.

Great Ocean View!

Good news is the property was "as advertised" and had a great view of the ocean. Unit was a little dated but still comfortable and what we were looking for. Good news is, great location for walking to many great restuarants and shops, though we didn't do a lot of shopping. Good news is, this is a great place to ride bikes, be it road, cruiser, MTB or other. Plus there are tons of bikes to rent if you don't want to take your own. Bad news, the beach was SUPER STINKY and full of living and dead jellyfish. We've traveled in many places around, the US, Caribbean, and Europe and I have never seen so many jellyfish. The water and the beach was just gross. Though we read that the cannonball jellyfish are not poisonous the were just everywhere. Blech! Despite this we would still return to St, Simons AND seek to rent this unit.

St Simmons Island

The location was great. The pool/ hot tub area was very nice. The condo was spacious. The ocean view was really nice. The beds were good. The furniture needs to be replaced in the living/dining area. The bathrooms have been refurbished but some trim work at the shower door needs to be finished and the door itself could be replaced. We had some maintenance issues but they were immediately addressed once we reported them. We had a very nice stay and would return to the Beach Club for another vacation

Great place to visit the beach.

Check in was easy, all appropriate codes for the front gate and condo were emailed directly to us. Wonderful location with a great ocean/beach view. Will definitely stay here again!
