148 King＆Princeへようこそ。この新しく改装されたホテルは、サウスヴィラの魅力的で歴史あるキングアンドプリンスリゾートにあり、メインオーシャンフロントプール、テニスコート、フィットネスセンター、ビジネスセンター、スパ。この2ベッドルーム、2バスルームのコンドミニアムは、キングアンドプリンスリゾートサウスヴィラズビルディングの1階にあり、大西洋とセントに面しています。サイモンズビーチ。リビングルーム、キッチン、マスターベッドルームから息をtakingむようなオーシャンビューをお楽しみください。すべての部屋に新しい家具、高品質のリネン、新しいテレビを提供しています。花崗岩のカウンタートップと新しい電化製品、カスタムタイル、新しい洗面化粧台、備品を備えた完全に改装されたバスルームで上品に改造されたキッチン。マスターバスには、ウォークインシャワー、ダブル洗面化粧台、大型クローゼットが備わっています。両方のベッドルームは、清潔でクールな仕上げを提供する新しいトラバーチンタイルの床で更新されます。マスターベッドルームにはキングベッド1台、ゲストベッドルームにはツインベッド2台、リビングルームにはクイーンサイズのマーフィーベッドがあり、大人2名様に最適です。この1階の場所で一番いいのは、ビーチやプールに出入りするときに階段やエレベーターを上下に移動する必要がないことです-パティオのドアを一歩踏み込んでビーチに直行してください！

Property is well located and comfortable. Very clean. Bed linen quality could be better. Television in master bedroom of limited use as when we had it on, it would cut out and the alert, “too many devices were connected to YouTube TV” would appear.

Perfect getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The layout was perfect and it was just enough room for our family of four. The beds were cozy and the location was spot on! Steps away from the beach and the resort pools! We will be staying here again!

I was familiar with the property. Everything was wonderful, including the weather!Everyone in the group was a seasoned traveler, and we were totally pleased. Perfect sun and beach getaway

This place was just perfect. Great set-up in the villa, perfect location with access to all of the King and Prince amenities. We rented bikes and never used our car for the entire stay. Highly recommend this place!

Great location, beautiful views, wonderful villa. Only downside was hurricane weather and we had to cut the trip short due to power outage on the whole island. Would definitely stay again.
