Our extended family had an amazing stay here. The fact you can walk to the stadium was a huge plus and sitting outside by the firepit was a great way to end the evening! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a wonderful property to stay at. We had our whole family stay and were able to have our boys visit from campus. The yard and house were perfect!

Was the perfect place to stay for our family for a wedding. Lots of parking, clean home, lovely backyard for entertaining. The first floor had a nice flow for a larger family.

Notre Dame Graduation

Our family stayed at this house for my son’s graduation. It was so close to campus and was decorated for real Irish fans! We had a great time!

Lovely house walking distance to ND

We had a lovely stay at this house in the Wooded Estates neighborhood of South Bend. The public space was even bigger and nicer than I expected. We had four 20-somethings with us and with two living rooms and two levels, there was plenty of space for them to spread out and hang out. The outdoor space is also quite large but we didn't have time to enjoy it! The place is very Notre Dame spirited and it was great to be able to walk to campus each day to take in various sports events and show our guests around. Would recommend and stay there again!

Junior Parents weekend at Notre Dame

This property was perfect for access to all activities. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. Doug was so responsive to any all all needs. Highly recommend.

ND Softball Strike Out Cancer Weekend

We reserved the home for a large family gathering to support the Notre Dame softball annual Strike Out Cancer fundraiser weekend and my ND daughter’s birthday. The house was fantastic, perfect location, great layout for entertaining and gathering. Will definitely rent it again.

Great place for an ND alum reunion

Beautiful, clean, comfortable house with lots of space. We had a mini reunion around a hockey weekend and it was perfect. Easy walk to the arena, even when it was 24 degrees. Spent most of the time around the island between the kitchen and back room chatting and enjoying a beverage or two. Loved the ND theme. Thanks Doug.

Easter weekend with family

Both our daughters are in college now, one at ND and one in Massachusetts. They both had Easter breaks and we wanted to spend it together. We are from SoCal and grandparents are in NorCal. We wanted a roomy place that was walkable to campus and Eddy St (where our daughter’s apartment is). This home was perfect in every way. The weather was just starting to warm up for spring so we could enjoy the backyard fire pit. We barbequed and enjoying watching the squirrels and birds in the backyard. We even had an Easter egg hunt, with tons of great hiding places in the yard. Having the Tesla charging station was an excellent resource to have available to charge our rental car. I’m already making plans for my daughters graduation in 2025 to stay at this house again.

Walking distance to campus and perfect for families!

The house is in a great location! We walked to campus, about a 20-minute walk, and to Eddy Street in 15 minutes. The main level layout has plenty of space for multiple families or large groups. The only downside is that there are only 2 bathrooms. We wish there was another bathroom in the basement. The basement stairs could be challenging for little ones or older adults, and there is no door to the basement or the bedrooms. Once people are up and in the kitchen, those in the basement will hear them. The kitchen has the basics of coffee mugs, stemware, glasses, plates, etc., but I am unsure about baking dishes and making dinner. We only used the kitchen for coffee and the oven for breakfast crescents. The bedrooms had good closet space and dresser drawers. Most of the beds need new mattresses. The outside has a nice large patio with a fireplace. I think we were supposed to have access to the garage, which had outdoor games, but none of the garage openers worked. It might be that the garage opener battery needed changing, but we did not bother reaching out to the owner since we would only be at the house for a short time. A bonus was all the children's toys and books. No need to pack anything for young kids!

Football Weekend

Our group loved the house! Perfect for a football weekend - within easy walking distance, gas grill, gas fire pit, nice backyard, large kitchen area, two nice indoor areas for groups to lounge and watch TV. Would definitely rent again!

Just as advertised

Very nice rental home. Ice maker wasn’t working but there was some ice in the freezer, so no worries. The place is decked out in Irish memorabilia, so if that’s your team, you will love! Beautiful home, well laid out and very clean. Would definitely stay again. Perfect for our grown children to gather with us!

Fun Getaway

Family of the bride

We rented this home so that our family of six with ages 28 - 90 could all be together for a wedding. The house worked well with everything on one level except sleeping dormer in the basement. There are two full baths but one is in the master bedroom. House was very clean and everyone liked the bed linens. Would stay there again.
