Cal king bed in one bedroom, 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with twin on top, double bed on bottom with a twin trundle. Total sleeping capacity of unit is 6. Upstairs couch is wide and cozy, like a futon, that could be used as an extra sleeping place (extra linens available). Infants do not count in total maximum of 6. Maximum adults allowed is 4. Children ages 16 and up would be considered an adult.
Upstairs - Large, inviting open concept living and dining room with fireplace and lots of floor to ceiling windows. New comfy leather couches and chair. Small breakfast bar. Kitchen with side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove. All kitchen essentials are furnished. Upstairs also has a half bath. Large dining table in open living space.
Spacious patio with comfortable seating. Full size propane barbecue is provided. Views of the beautiful aspen and pine trees from the patio.
A one car garage is provided to tenants with storage for skis, snow boards and boots. There is access to inside of house from garage. Garage door opener will be provided for tenants.
