This was a very nice property. I would have liked a better stocked kitchen with cooking utensils but we made it work.Wish there had been a warning about the strep stairs to the apartment . Otherwise, we would stay there again.

Great Experience

This place had everything we needed. Beach and restaurants all within short walking distance. We would not hesitate to return. We highly recommend this condo.

Great Location

The condo was a great location and allowed our dogs. I wish it had some mixing bowls for cooking. We saw a few bugs Inside. Overall great place.

Our stay at the beach

From the moment we entered we loved every second. The beds were big and with plenty of room to make all guests comfortable. The couches are a bit used up but none the less comfortable. Master room was very spacious and inclusion of too was great. The pool was a bit dirty when we got there, but it wasn’t a big deal. Kitchen had the basic amenities to cook bake or toast. Everything worked great. Will definitely go to them again in the future.

This place was awesome. It was very nice and very clean. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. The pool was a little chilly but that was okay. We enjoyed our stay and the dog loved the front and back balconies. I read a few other reviews people left and I didn’t have any of the issues they had. We had a great stay and we will absolutely book this place again in the future.

The shower doors were difficult to move. They got off track. It could be a bit dangerous if you forced the glass door open and it shatters. There were ants in the kitchen. The kitchen cookware could use an update. It would be nice to leave some cleaning supplies to wipe counters and the glass table. Beds were comfortable and the living room was comfortable. Pool was nice.

best 2023 vacation

the place was amazing but there was only two broken thing in the house a leak in the shower and a leak in the bathroom sink from the previse tenet , but although it was a great experience to stay there would I book again yes . i would recommend for other people to stay here . property manager was really nice and helpful about fixing the leaks quick .

Condo was wonderful. Very comfortable furniture. Could use new kitchen chairs. Great location. Very quiet at night. Close to beach access. Extremely clean at check in. Our dogs loved the balcony. Great to be able to walk our dogs on the beach. Could make a shorter code to get in the condo. Had to use the key all week. Couldn't punch in the door code fast enough. Otherwise, it was perfect. Renting the downstairs unit next year.

Great location, walking distance to beach. BUT… infested with cockroaches!! Walk into what seems like a very clean place only to see roaches crawling all over the place big and small, dust everywhere, very loud screeching faucets, dirty floors. We also noticed Poop left on light switch in bathroom, and dirty blankets left in closet.

A Block from the Beach

We had a great stay here and enjoyed the South Padre Island so much. The beach was a very short walk from the front door which made it very nice to spend the day out in the sun. The property was conveniently close to other activities, maximizing our time there. Our only constructive remarks were that there was no running water in the master bathroom sink and therefore was a bit dirty. There was also a smell coming from the refrigerator which did not have a clean water filter or ice available. Overall, our stay was excellent and we will definitely be booking with Vacasa again in the future.

Could use some fixing

The unit itself isn’t that bad. It’s some of the furniture & outdated items in the unit. They really need to get rid of all the VCRs in the house & cable that really doesn’t have any channels & invest in Roku sticks. We couldn’t really watch anything in any room besides the smaller room. The porch/patio needs to be fixed the banaster was extreme loose & the floor was falling apart. I was scared to be out there or allow my children out there. The bathrooms had hair in the tubs.

Great getaway
