There’s no mention of an elevator in the posting, so I wanted to make sure it was mentioned here. Also, the place was filthy, with stained shower curtains (which we replaced), coffee grinds left in the coffee maker, sand all over the floors and shower floors, there was no fitted sheet on one of the beds, the one comforter smelled like cat urine, and the balcony door wouldn’t stay on the tracks or open properly. I brought all this up, including pictures, with management to no avail. They kept saying they would have the local team reach out to help make things right, but after six nights there, no one contacted me, despite me reaching out each day.
On the bright side, the location is nice with a quick walk to the beach, and Crystal, our “Property Caretaker,” was helpful with little things.
In closing, I’d be hard-pressed to stay at a Vacasa property again, or to recommend.
